I ordered bra size 38c. Stretched as much as possible it would never fit that size. The bra cups were almost flat, not a c cup. Like most I thought it was a uk company and should have read the small print. I can now send it back to China, at my own expense, but my complaint is it’s too small, otherwise there is nothing wrong with the manufacture, so I don’t see a refund of the order and postage forthcoming. Avoid the company.

Dont be fooled into thinking they are UK based. The products ship from China and in my experience with the purchase I made, have little resemblence as to the imagery and video of the product promoted. Very disappointed, and to get a refund they ask you to cover the return postage to China.....buyers beware

Please do not buy from this company… I brought the weighted highland cow, and it was nothing like advertised. Very disappointing.

Absolute rubbish. Don't use this company. It's not London based as the website would imply. Goods come from China and delivery takes weeks. I ordered a bra in November and didn't receive it until 24th December! It was very poor quality, thin material with poor stitching and far too small despite me using their sizing guide to decide which size would fit me. I definitely won't be ordering anything from them again.

100% Misleading advertising!!
I am normally quite savvy to a scam but this company have ok invested in their website. I brought firecracker Christmas lights and the quality is terrible. Nothing like as advertised! Same "quality" product was available at the fraction of the price on other expected websites
Avoid at all costs!

I wouldn’t have given 1 star if there had been a minus option. I purchased the highland cow which is advertised as anxiety , weighted , and heat relief cow , on the pic it looks a good size for the price of £30 . Do not be fooled it is a third of the size NO heat pack NOT weighted and too small to cuddle as an anxiety comforter. To return I am responsible for postage back to CHINA !!!! I thought I was ordering from a UK company based in London!! Well done Ausbury you managed to SCAM me good and proper

Bras were at least 2 sizes smaller than advertised.
The quality is also very poor.
I have requested a refund.

AVOID ALL ADVERTISEMENTS - Illegal advertising with no come back. This company should be removed from all platforms

Ausbury (ausbury.co.uk) appears to be an online retailer, likely based in China but masquerading as a UK company, that receives overwhelmingly negative reviews for being a scam operation selling poor-quality goods (like shoddy clothing, fake items) that look nothing like advertised, with extremely long shipping times and difficult returns to China. Customers report falling for their "London" website, losing money, and receiving cheap, misrepresented products, making them advise others to stay away from the site.

It is BIG SCAM , avoid for all cost. Can't even express how disappointed I feel. I wouldn't even give a 1 star for a crappie piece I have received completely different from the picture.

I cannot believe I fell for another Chinese scam! Website leads you to believe it is a UK company with a .co.uk address and 'London' in the title. But it is Chinese and the item I received is significantly different to what was online - I wish you could leave photos on TrustPilot to show just how poor quality the item I received. To return the item, you have to pay for shipping to China.

1 Star only because there is a no option for zero stars.

Absolute scammers, clothes are poor quality and sizing is wrong.

To return goods the customer has to pay postage to China. Trading standards need to step in here.

Just son’t buy from these criminals.

Waited 2 weeks for my eye cream . It finally arrived and I've just paid nearly £15 for a very small tube of..... castor oil 😡😡😡

Not in UK at all do not buy anything as they keep your hard earned money, eventually send shoddy unfit and nothing like the photos or video of the highland cow. Absolute fraud as is their “100 per cent risk free money back” promise. Unfortunately have to give a star to be able to send a review but hopefully others will learn from this deceitful outfit and be discouraged from buying.

This is a very misleading & dishonest company. That says it's in the U.K but indeed it's not , its from somewhere in Singapore.
I returned a parcel to their collection office in London, but I wasn't allowed a refund even though I had postage proof. Apparently ,
Unwanted parcels should be returned abroad at expensive postage fees. They claimed I hadn't sent it back so I was offered a 50% refund which I had to take. I felt like I'd been scammed and told them so. But they're not bothered as they've made a profit from me. The items were tacky and I didn't see them as safe for use, they look nothing like their pictures on the website.
Please don't buy from this company. You won't get your full refund back. I guess they'd say they haven't received your returns even if you posted it back to them abroad .
This is how they run a business & it needs closing down.
I have just reported this company to "action fraud ' they've received many more reports too from Ausbury London . ( I asked ).
Please do the same it might spur them on to do something about it .
This company are selling unsafe goods. Had I have given the products that I'd received from them to my pet , they would've choked or been poisoned.
I doubt this company would've cared either way . They're far enough away to be untouchable. That's how they get away with it.

Ordered on 8 November. it’s 21st November and the items have not arrived. This is a disguised Temu which I avoid unless I don’t care about quality or how long it takes to receive the item. Based on what I ordered, Christmas Garland, the ads are misleading and disguised to look like a London based company.

I ordered comfort bras, they took 4 weeks to arrive and are not fit for purpose. They ride up and your boobs fall out the bottom of them. I spent all day yesterday, pulling it back down over my boobs, because I was working. Waste of money, avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs!! Ordered bras from them, they arrived and were clearly mislabelled as they were nowhere near the size I had asked for. Company refuse to refund and expect the customer to pay for return postage to china!

I ordered a pack of 3 bras. They took 4 weeks to arrive. They sent the size I ordered but it was about 2 sizes too small in the cup. Straps immediately slip out of the clasps, stitching very poor, unfinished seams, appalling. I was first offered 25% refund or send back I pay the postage to China. I said the bras were faulty, so under their own terms I would be offered a full refund and asked again. They offered 50% off. I accepted because 50% refund plus cost of postage was almost the price paid. Do not buy, what a fool I was. I will never learn. An ything advertised on Facebook or Pinterest with lovely photos and claims seems to be fraudulent

What can I say. So bad. Bought Christmas garland. Advertised was a lovely large garland. What I received is a tiny thin plastic garland. Possibly not worth more than a pound . Does not look like the advertised item at all. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company. Lesson learned .
