Seriously poor customer service and the quality is abysmal. Warning. Don’t shop here

The clothing was the wrong size. The shipping took forever and it was clear from the emails that this was all done in china. There was no clear eta from any communications.
In trying to resolve the wrong size sent they wanted me to show pictures measuring the clothing with a measuring tape. They are making it as difficult as possible.
DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.

The company reached out to me based on this review shown below. I took them up on their offer. They have offered me a 10 dollar refund…… not even 10 percent of what i paid. I can’t believe this.

LAST UPDATE: after requiring me to measure the sweater and send pictures, they then said I could return it but did not give me return details. I emailed and asked for the details and didn’t hear back for a few weeks. I followed up and they have responded I can’t return it because the return period has expired. They offered me 10 dollars instead. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

Bad quality doesn't let me return the product should be banned from the sites.

Don't buy from this company. Totally fake they advertise wool and send cheap acrylic. I disputed with PayPal and Aussie vogue kept asking me to close the case and they would then refund. PayPal reviewed the case and refunded all my money. They are disgusting rip off merchants.

I have not received the item yet which I ordered on 16/9. Dreadful service. Judging by the other customers I’m not holding out much hope this will be a good product despite the lengthy shipping.

Just received today absolutely over priced rubbish. No labels no washing instructions- if this merino wool then I’m a cat!! This is outrageous!! DO Not buy from this company!! I have raised dispute with Pay Pal!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I placed an order, the money has been taken from my bank account but I have not received an confirmation email. I have contacted them but all I get from them is requests to provide an order number. I cannot do this as I have not received an email confirming the order. I have sent them copies of the bank transaction yet they still deny they have my order?!?!
I wish I had read the reviews first, I do believe I have been scammed.

I ordered a pair of orthopaedic sandals. After reading reviews and also found out not actually Australian sent email to cancel order. Got email back saying against their policy’s to cancel order even though I had just placed literally 5 mins ago. Having paid with PayPal I contacted PayPal and lodged a complaint. Got full refund.

If I could give them no stars I would. It took ages for the item to be delivered - I thought it was an Australian company and was expecting delivery in a week. The dress was not as depicted in the advertisement and when I asked for the return details, I was given an obscure address in China. Now they tell me that the item is held up in customs and I have to pay a fee to release it before they will process a refund. AusPost says this is common with stuff being returned to Chia but they do not warn customers of this before they pay to send the parcel with tracking. They say the addressee has to pay the customs duty and Aussie Vogue says I have to pay it.

Please do not shop here.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Photos of clothes are from STOCK PHOTOS. They said my item was out of stock and now will NOT REFUND my money. They are based in Beijing in CHINA, NOT in the Netherlands

Absolute scam. All the products images are fake, it’s a dodgy drop shipping site that steals images from others and when you place an order they ship you some crappy version direct from China. They charged me $65 for ‘orthopaedic correcting sandals’ and what arrived was a $5 pair of flat plastic shoes that weren’t even remotely close to the advertised item. They then refuse to even consider a refund unless you pay to post it back to China. The shop has nothing to do with Australia, products are from China and their contact address is Netherlands. Don’t waste your money.

Should not use the fair name of our country for their shoddy practices. The Cashmere sweaters were not anything even close to it. It was low grade product not even properly stich ed properly. when I complained reply came from Europe and in German. A complaint was lodged via PayPal. In response full refund was offered, once the goods were received by the supplier in China. The parcel was returned to me because it was refused. OI would not anyone to suffer.

If you want pants that you can see through because they are so thin and don’t look anything like the picture they use to sell them, then this is the place to get them! Bought some chinos from here and they legit the most poor quality clothes I have come across, on par if not worse than Bali spec. Don’t buy from this company, they are out to make money off of the worst quality clothes imaginable.

It hurts to give one star to rate them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
THEY 'accept' returns but somehow your items get stuck at customs and there is nothing you can do about it. So annoyed l didn't look deeper into this scam before wasting my money

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Ordered men's shoes, they sent them in women's size. Would not replace with correct size. Returned for a refund, still waiting for my money more than 2 months later.
***Update*** despite the reply to this review, they have done nothing to try to fix my issue, all I get is excuses but no solution

I ORDERED A LEATHER JACKET I NEVER GOT IT AUSSIE VOGUE WAS TOLD TO GIVE MY PHONE NUMBER TO THE COURIER SO I CAN GET THE ORDER IN PERSON THEY DID NOT FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS SO I LOST $113 DOLLARS PLUS WHAT PAID FOR I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH AUSSIE VOGUE AGAIN THEY REFUSED TO REFUND I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION

returned item 4 weeks ago that did not look as presented. Cost $19.95 to return to China. Then told held up at China import customs because of outstanding import taxes. Wanted me to contact a customs agent to pay outstanding fees.... just a scam do not buy from these people.

I am extremely disappointed in the service no email confirmation and very poor quality when the product arrived thought I had paid for a quality product not happy at all

I received a dress I purchased! Nothing like the description, disgusting poor quality . Weird sizing. Horrible colour, nothing like the pictures or description!!
Tried to return, they sent a long form to fill out!!! Took it to post office, had to fill out a declaration form as it has to be returned to china!!!!! Which didn’t accept the address in china!!!! It was also going to cost more than the dress cost to send it back!!! I’m now stuck with a very expensive cleaning rag!!!!!

Aussie Vogue advertised a mens Lenz jumper. Parcel arrived today. Absolutely rubbish quality. No label, very poor quality fabric. Do not waste your money at this online store. Absolute rubbish is the best description of the item purchased from Aussie Vogue. In addition to the jumper being terrible quality the sizing is bizarre. I ordered a large size jumper. The jumper that arrived is not a large size jumper. It will be put into the bin because it is rubbish quality and so small it would not fit even a medium sized person.
