This company is a very shonky one. Material online stated it was from the Netherlands called “Aussie Vogue”. The cashmere jumper is a poorly made knockoff sent in such a small size not the large size requested. But upon contacting the company and the response was from China it was demanded that I photograph the size to prove the wrong size was sent. Part of my complaint was that the item had no maker or size attached to it. Threads left hanging etc. a piece of rubbish. All I can say to prospective purchasers is DONT DO IT. You are wasting your money. They are scammers and I don’t know how they sleep routing people the way they do.

Quality not good at all. I purchased these as they stated arch support which I do require. I wish I’d read the reviews on this page as I do believe I was lied to on there page. The slides I received are not leather not good quality and no real arch support. I wear a size 40 (and I do admit that they recommend to go a size larger than your true size) but you would need to get at least 2 sizes larger to fit your foot. When I tried to swap sizes I was informed that I could get another size for 30% discount and keep the shoes I have received. I’m not ordering another pair I’ll take the hit to the hip pocket and wait until I can travel to a town where I can purchase the correct type of slides with arch support that I need. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give less than one star I would. Aussie Vogue are a set of crooks! They should be done for false advertising. Ordered two sweaters advertised as cashmere. They arrived today and clearly NOT CASHMERE! No labels on them to say what they are but they are extremely poor quality and a complete rip off of funds! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

If I could give Aussie Vogue a zero star I would. Unfortunately I didn't read the Reviews above which basically states that many customers are unhappy with their product, in quality and not true to advertising photos. I am now waiting 6 weeks for the refund and am now told that in order to receive it, I have to pay customs taxes in China!! So buyers beware!

Buyer Beware. The quality of the clothes is disgusting. Do not waste your money buying anything from this site. It's made in china and the return policy is a joke. You have to pay to return the clothes that state they are French linen and they are the poorest quality ever.
It's terrible how they can get away with this.
I will be taking this further and demanding a full refund.

Despite its name, Aussie Vogue is a Chinese company. The quality of it's clothing is so ridiculously bad, that all it is doing is adding to landfill. Do not waste your money!!!

I had ordered a 3XL overcoat, and the product I received was about a SM. The size label was cut off so I could not see the claimed size.
The quality was very poor.
This company should be avoided.

Avoid at all costs. My item showed up and it was cheap material. That wouldn't be so bad, but when I tried to take them up on their "free returns", they said they had to warn me that not all parcels make it back to them, and they are not responsible for that (as per their T&Cs). Then they offer a discount on the item. It's a shunky way to get some of the money for the dress, but not have to do refunds. Also, you think you're buying it from the Netherlands, but you return the item to China... it's a scam.

This site gets 0 stars from me.

Ordered a pair of boots that arrived wrapped in plastic like they were from an Asian pirate market. Nothing like the displayed image. Different colour, pathetic light weight construction and the wrong size by a mile. Ordered an 11.5 and got 8.5.
I had to send a photo to Aussie Vogue of the boots in the condition they arrived to me in and against a pair of my own boots just to get the information for return.
I then had to send them to a return address in China at my expense, even though it was them who sent me the wrong size, s..t product.
Refund will be credited to my account when they are received in China ….“as per their policy”. That was 3 months ago. All up they’ve done me for $150.

Do not use this store. The products are rubbish The service is non existent. No Australian return address. Bunch of crooks.

Bought what was said to be a warm wool blend coat. It turned up a thin fully synthetic coat not at all what a I wanted or what was advertised. I contacted them they offered for me to return it or get a 5% discount on my next order. Never will
I order from them again. They also insist the jacket is as advertised .. obviously they can’t read and don’t realise wool blend is not synthetic. I guess with a name of Aussie vogue I should’ve realised before I hit the order button. DO not buy form this place.

Terrible product, sizing all wrong, what I got isn’t the same as the advertised image. Avoid!! I ordered a cardigan after seeing it on Mamamia website, never again.

I would give them minus stars if possible. 😵‍💫 I ordered warm pants and they took ages to arrive. Finally they came and they have sent me the wrong size from M to XL! No way I can return them now. They are a scam based in China and asked me for pictures and measurements three times and they still won’t accept a return. It was their mistake. Definitely avoid this company at all costs.

4 weeks after placing an order I needed to chase them, only to find they did not have the product. they offered an alternative, but could not show me what it looked like.

6 weeks from the order placement / non supply they are now telling me I cant get my money back.

In theory, I could take delivery, and then create a return, but then I lose 50 % of my outlay on return postage to China .

Non existant custoemr service.

I ordered a jacket which took a month to arrive. It’s definitely not a good quality and it was not cheap. This is not Australian and I am very disappointed.

Cardigan is nothing like what is detailed on the website. Shein is better than this and 1/20 of the price.

This company likes to rip people off, advertising good quality products and advertising the original products on photos and after they send you rubbish and not the original products with a really cheap material.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

The item we ordered was too small. I contacted them to try to get a bigger size. Their Ts & Cs stated that they would send a return label and we could return the item and they would send us the size we wanted. Once I contacted them, their response was different. Telling us that we could keep the item and pay a very reduced price for another which they would send free delivery.

We agreed and sent them an email confirming we would do this. I have sent in excess of 10 emails with absolutely no response. This is such bad customer service.

They still keep sending marketing info and sales but when I send an email back, theirs no response. I have tried to call but the number on the website is non existent.

Very poor service. We are now left with a jacket that doesn’t fit and out of pocket $170.
