Called Aussie vogue. But not Australian ! Beware. Took one month to get to me. They are Advertising nice quality clothes then received cheap badly made clothes. They are counterfeit. No labels inside,China sizes, bad quality, Will only give refund to me if I send back to China and pay postage. Rip off company. Beware !!!!! Wish I read the reviews first before buying.

Like others, the shoes I received had no size marking and were significantly smaller than the size I ordered. I’m guessing they have one size available and send it out regardless of what is ordered. There’s no way of reasonably returning. The quality is also awful. You can see the glue quite clearly and the ‘orthopaedic insert’ is a joke.

Bought a puffer jacket for $80 in a size Medium. Looks like an Extra Small so can't use. Won't reply to emails and phone number is not a valid. Shonky as hell and it took that long to get it so it must have come snail mail from China. Seriously, why would anyone buy online from anywhere but Amazon?

I tried them, buying boots. I have to say after reading so many bad reviews I was nervous after purchasing. To my surprise the tracking was consistent, delivery was early and the boots was Exactly what I ordered and packaged respectfully and delivered respectfully too. Take care

Zipper is 150 mm apart arm holes won’t fit over shoulders and body length about 150 mm too short

No stars is appropriate. Sizing wrong. Wouldn't exchange. Quality crap. Offered me 10% refund as an act of good faith. Chinese shonks. Delivery took forever.

I ordered a size 10 shoe. The parcel arrived with shoes that have no size or any markings to indicate a size. I tried the shoe but could not get my foot into it. It was way too small. I have had 14 emails going to and fro trying to get another pair sent free of charge. I am told the size was correct based on their review system. This is the most unreliable organisation on the planet !!!!!

They advertised 100% Cashmere but sent me 100% Acrylic and called that miscommunication?

I received all the goods order and it was nothing wrong. The sizes are very small but maybe I should have double-checked the sizing chart.
But, I did some further search and then found quickly the identical items (not just one, but many) on Temu for exactly a 1/3 of AV price. So, check first on Temu for a much lower price for the same item. And remember, also on Temu, you get what you pay for.

DO NOT buy from this company. Scam artists and absolutely crap goods. Terrible terrible company. Needs removing from the internet and closing down

Very bad quality products not worth a cent, 2 months to deliver after purchase, this business is a scam, DONT BUY its rubbish at top dollar.

I ordered my husband a size 10 men's shoe, they sent size 7 shoe. apparently I had to accept as it was correct sizing or refund 20% of sale, or send back. pay postage and get full refund
please be careful as they are scammers and small sizes
I eventually got my partial refund, but not good enough as I lost money for shoes my husband can't wear.

Don't neven ever buy from this company.
I ordered 3 products ( jackets) Quality of the products is very very poor. One of the jackets is unevenly stiched. Return policy- return on your expenses and it is to China.
It was my big mistake and I hope this is find the way to people who would like to buy the product from this side. DON'T please save your money and nerves.

Avoid ! Ordered a size (from Med to Large ) up than I normally take in a light weight sports top .Item still fits half way up my arm . Item cheap material,terrible sizing .
Despite 9 email to them . They had requested several photos of a tape measure next to jacket ! To prove sizing issue !

I ordered a cashmere jumper and what I received was cotton and acrylic, and a completely different colour.
I am going to expose just how bad this company is.

They are thieves and dishonest.
Am now going to expose them on Facebook and any other avenue that I can.
If this company was an Aussie company, this would not have happened

My mum ordered me a cashmere jumper off this website, in a size 3xl. Instead she was SCAMMED the jumper is clearly made from acrylic and also the 3xl was a MEDIUM at best.

Stay away from Aussie Vogue, they are bad news!

They sent me the wrong size slippers. I contacted customer service, and while they acknowledged the error and agreed to swap them for the correct size, they expect me to pay for delivery! The delivery cost to China is 80% of the price of the slippers.

I'm giving them one star only because the system doesn't allow zero stars. To recap, stay away from them!

Buyer Beware, I purchased 2 pairs of boots suppose to be leather and they are a fake plastic leather, they look nothing like the photos The products come from China and they are cheap and nasty and they are preying on the Australian Market pretending to be from Australia. I will never buy from this company again and I hope my review can help others .Do not buy from Aussie Vouge!!
