I found the contact team was very good at communicating. I brought a jumper but researched the company and they are from China, erelevent of the name which is not cool. Also the head office is in Denmark but its just a lot with a house. My request for a refund was extremely prompt, and I appreciated the staff for been condierate.

Terrible company. SCAM
Advertise Silk, send polyester.
Fake telephone number and take days to reply to emails.
DO NOT SEND back anything to their china depot as it won't arrive or will take months.
I purchased through PayPal. I contacted them and said that I received incorrect product. Send screenshots of all the company details and showed they were fake. Received full refund. I have asked Paypal how they became affiliated with a scam company but not answer.
To see them reply, 7 months later, is inductive of their seevice. Avoid!

Do not bother buying from this company, it took 2 and a half weeks to get a jacket that was nothing like the picture, it did not say what the material was and couldn't tell by the picture and when it came it was cheap thin cotton. For a jacket that was fur lined with just as thin fur i paid way too much, will be going back to Amazon where I know I will get quality and much shorter delivery time.

DO NOT GO THERE. IT'S A SCAM. Instead of the advertised silk shirt I received one of very poor quality with '100% polyester' on the label. The company agreed I had not received what was advertised but would not refund my money-they offered to send me me $5 of the $55 I had paid!
The alternative was to pay another $20 to return to CHINA (NOT Aussie). I didn't feel like throwing good money after bad.

Should have read the reviews about this bogus ´Australian’ store!!! Took ages to get here and the cardigans were too small and of inferior quality- probably won’t get my money back, from the reviews I have read!

Aussie Vogue is Chinese Scam company
They advertise SILK blouses, we bought 3 silk blouses from them, but I received 3 100/% POLYESTER blouses.
The company mean to cheat you by pretending to be“Aussie”
Emailed them, no reply. Called them, their phone number is Fake. They claim their company address is Netherlands, which is also Fake. Check their return policy, the return address is in China, Zhejiang Sheng.
How can we trust them to return the purchase on our own cost?

Do NOT Buy from this company, the quality of their products are rubbish!!!
I bought 2 jumpers that look nothing like the pictures and do not match the description, at all!
It’s not worth the $$ to send them all the way back to china so they will go straight into the rubbish bin instead!

Terrible return policy. I was asked to post (postage was on me) my dress that I purchased back as it was too big. When enquiring about an update on my refund they said they couldn’t give me one as the item was awaiting an other payment to receive it so it’s just there and they don’t do that. I felt I was talking to an ai bot in every email the same lip service they give to everyone I’m sure. It’s a trap.

Sometime in December 2024, I purchased four sweaters from Aussie Vogue. The items didn’t fit, so I followed the company’s return/refund instructions, and paid A$38 to ship the clothes back from Australia. I requested a refund of A$212. After many weeks of silence, I contacted Aussie Vogue’s customer service to find out the status of my refund. They told me my package was stuck in Ningbo City, China, and that I had to pay customs fees before they would process my refund. At no point was I informed that merchandise returns would be sent to China, and that I would be liable for international customs fees. Their return policy does not mention any extra costs beyond shipping to obtain a refund. Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), this is misleading and deceptive conduct. Reading other reviews of this online business, I can see I’m not the only victim of their unconscionable practices. My advice: stay away from Aussie Vogue – which despite its name -- is NOT an Australian company.
