We ordered 3 large displays over 400$ worth of colourful flowers for my daughters funeral and all we received were 2 tiny white bunches not worth more than 20 $ each and a larger display that we didn't order. We had to rush out to the local supermarket to buy flowers just in time for her funeral. When we phoned them to complain they put us on hold and ignored us, likewise emails were sent and ignored. My sister from the UK also ordered a large display from them and they only sent one small white bunch. They are committing FRAUD and should be INVESTIGATED, PROSECUTED and closed down.

Delivery on time and the flowers were really fresh! I ordered from Sweden two days before the due date and everything went smoothly. Thank you Aussie blooms for great service

Order was delivered a day late , they didn’t have the coffee hamper that we ordered so substituted with chocolate instead and said would be to same value.
End product was very disappointing substituting the coffee with boxes of tee vee snacks and definitely not worth the value we paid , was delivered in a cardboard box and hamper didn’t look professional at all. First and last time I use this company!!!!!

Despite choosing a delivery date online and paying for this specific date, I was emailed to say they don’t deliver to that area only Tuesday to Friday. Promising then Tuesday. This was after the funeral! Subsequently the delivery didn’t come until Wednesday. Offered an online credit which is not acceptable as I will not be using this company again.

Wish I had seen these reviews…ordered bouquet at $90aud from UK and $24 delivery charge. Flowers were totally changed from those requested and ‘dumped’ on the doorstep at the end of the day. Just not good enough. I had upgraded to maximum no of stems to make an impression but to no avail. Gently informed Aussie Blooms as little I can do from UK and don’t want to ruin the gift. They didn’t care. Avoid

This company FAILED to deliver my floral order, to a hospital. It did not arrive and neither did their offer of a replacement order to be sent to their home. Trying to get a refund. WHAT I WON"T TO KNOW IS, HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS? I will be contacting consumer affairs.

I paid for the flowers. I paid an extra $24.95 for same day delivery. I contacted the business via phone and via email. They would not even speak on the phone. They said, it will get sent tomorrow or later. Then would not speak. I asked for a refund. They said no. I have not got the flowers and I paid for them. This business is a scam. They dont deliver and then they wont reply. Money is gone.

Poor service. Website states free delivery for more than $89 but charged $24.95 for same day delivery. I rang them to make changes to delivery details (recipient) and was told they are not able to do same day delivery and will deliver the next day instead. When questioned about the same day delivery charges the staff stated that they will add a gourmet item.

I would NOT recommend Aussie Blooms Australia.

I originally had to place my order over the phone because their website advertised FREE DELIVERY on orders over $100. My order was well over $100, yet when I went to pay online, a $24.99 delivery fee was still being charged.

When placing the order over the phone, I was specifically PROMISED that the flowers would be delivered the SAME DAY. They weren't.

After raising this, I was told I would receive a 20% refund due to being incorrectly promised same-day delivery. I was also told the arrangement would be “UPGRADED” because of what had happened.

That “upgrade” NEVER happened.

I had also specifically requested BLUE, PINK AND WHITE flowers over the phone and was assured these colours had been noted. What was delivered was NOTHING like what I had asked for. The arrangement contained native/bush-style flowers that I never requested, the colours were wrong, and despite paying for the largest arrangement, it was extremely disappointing.

On top of all of that, the heartfelt personalised card message I had dictated over the phone and was assured had been written down WASN'T EVEN INCLUDED.

So this wasn't one simple mistake. It was issue after issue:

• Free delivery advertised but a $24.99 delivery fee applied
• Promised same-day delivery – didn't happen
• Promised a 20% refund - never happened
• Promised an “upgrade” – didn't happen
• Specifically requested blue, pink and white flowers – didn't receive them
• Heartfelt card message dictated over the phone – wasn't included

After emailing them AGAIN and explaining ALL of these additional issues, their response included:

“No further remedy is being confirmed at this stage.”

After everything that had already gone wrong — including promises made specifically to rectify earlier issues that were then not followed through — I found this response extremely disappointing.

I understand that mistakes can happen. What I don't accept is being repeatedly told that something will be done to resolve an issue, only for those promises not to be honoured.

This was meant to be a thoughtful and meaningful gift. Instead, the entire experience became unnecessarily stressful and frustrating from beginning to end.

I paid for a product and service based on what I was specifically told I would receive, and what was ultimately delivered was nowhere near what was promised.

I will NEVER order from Aussie Blooms Australia again.

We recently lost our Auntie in Australia (we live in Poland). It was sudden and wanted to order flowers for Her last journey. Found Aussieblooms.au and ordered flowers there. Because there is time difference they rescheduled delivery so the flowers reached the recipient on time and before the ceremony.
It's hard to organise things long distance but Aussieblooms.au exceeded my expectations by making it possible and on time with no hassle. Just amazing service, quick and responsible. Thank you ever so much!!!Arianna

Zero stars - disgusting. Nothing like the image on the website, even when ordering the 'delux' level. A handful of weeds wrapped in clingfilm would have been better. DO NOT ORDER from this SCAM company. Tried to complain but inbox full (no surprise there). AVOID AVOID AVOID

Minus 0 - very deceptive company - once you have paid for your flowers, two hours later, an email is sent saying they can't deliver same day and it will be between Tuesday & Thursday for a Melbourne metro delivery. It was for a birthday and I paid for same day delivery. Consequently, the flowers were 4 days late. On top of that, 2 days later I receive an email saying the flowers I ordered were unavailable and an alternative arrangement will be sent. Never never again will I use this company.

Zero Rating - zero stars -Absolute disgrace of a company ordered flowers for my daughter to be sent to hospital for our first grandchild - have waited 3 days and still no flowers and now she is at home. Was told there was a delay and would be priority the next day but still waiting and they say they are in transit !! Have requested a full refund and they said they will not give me a refund and just keep hanging up the phone - do not ever use this company a total scam and the local florist also confirmed this too - they should be ashamed of themselves. Will be reaching out for advice on my refund too.

Avoid like the plague, zero respect when sending sympathy flowers, sent a £10 pound max replacement for a £80 pound ordered set of flowers. Zero customer service. Wish I had read reviews 😡

Shocking. Do not use. Ordered flowers for a special occasion and specified date. The flowers did not arrive. No tracking info available. When queried told they wouldn't even be despatched until 3 days later and wouldn't be the flowers I ordered. I replied to cancel the order as they could not fulfil as agreed. No reply, no refund and no flowers received. Completely ruined the giving of a gift for an important occasion

I wish I could rate 0 stars, absolutely awful. They delivered 7 hours late to my work when nobody was there and left the delivery there overnight. The flowers ordered were out of stock, as were the luxury truffle chocolates ordered. Their replacement.....2 packs of digestive biscuits and the most pathetic bouquet you've ever seen. Tried to email a complaint, email bounced back due to a full inbox. Tried to call several times....no answer and no voicemail. RUBBISH!!!!!!

Extremely disappointed to say the least. First time ever have I been so disappointed by a fliwer company, paid and booked a wrek in advance for a milestone birthday, flowers were NOT as ordered, or extra goodies weren't received, with BS comment about how they weren't home, which was untrue.
Called call centre and found out it was missed and never delivered on the day.
Being overseas and paying ahead of time, and not receiving goods on day requested is beyond unacceptable.
PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAJE OF IRDERING FLOWERS FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU WILL ONKY BE DISAPPOINTED!.

Received confirmation email (took my money) then another stating they could NOT deliver to that location Darwin Area Code 0812 Cheat and lie. Everyone I spoke to had a foreign accent. I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND BUT I DOUBT IF I WILL EVER GET IT. $133.90 Impossible to speak to a manager.

Would give a 0 if possible. Not delivered on time and wrong flowers eventually delivered. No way of contacting from UK, mailbox full. Son in Australia contacted them and they did offer a new bouquet or a voucher but l just want my money back. Always check reviews before buying

I wish there was a no star rating - all the comments reflect my experience with this company - flowers did not arrive on due date and as I write this still have not arrived. If paying my Credit Card, suggest to raise a dispute against this company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as many others have also advised. Total scammers - total waste of time and money - extremely disappointing - they need to be shut down!!
