I ordered a Deluxe bouquet of apricot roses, carnations and other flowers for my mother's 80th.
What was delivered was a cheap looking scanty bunch of flowers more suited to a garage or roadside seller.

Hideous. The flowers delivered do not represent the flowers advertised.

A SCAM do not purchase. You will have to lodge a fraudulent transaction claim and report to consumer protection.

Do not use this company.

I ordered flowers for a friend’s family member’s funeral, so you would assume there would be some urgency or compassion, and paid next day delivery. Flowers came 2 days later, but left in a random place on the photo and my friend confirmed they were not there.

Tried emailing twice but their mailbox bounces back as it’s ‘full’.

I’m so angry and sad to have had sympathy flowers delivered without any respect for the occasion.

Absolutely embarrassing broken brown and droopy flowers delivered 2 days late. No refund given despite sending a photo. Do NOT UNSE THIS COMPANY OR ANY BLOOMEX GROUP

I was really worried after reading the reviews, that my friend would not receive her birthday bundle, which included flowers card and chocolates.
I did not need to.
I ordered on the 6th delivered on the 7th today and my friend sent me photo she received every item and the flowers are beautiful.
So don't believe everything you read.
I would definitley use Aussie blooms again, 5 star

this company should not be used by anybody .I placed an order for my daughters birthday to be delivered as we live in the ikcand she is in melbourne and they have taken my money , not delivered and spit back any emails and do not answer the phone . They should not be trading - please do not waste your money on them

It was unfortunate for me. I should have checked the reviews before using Aussieblooms.... Horrible Experience and Terrible Customer service. They do not deliver in time and are the worst by far. When asked for a refund they say its in transit and delivery done, which never was the case. I ordered on 27th from Uk for my Sister in Australia much in advance to ensure it gets in time. No only did they not communicate, but their emails kept stating mailbox full. This is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM. The order was not delivered in time even after their confusion was clarified and updated details so many times. They are painful. Waste of time and energy. Rather than making it easy and pleasant to deal with they make it very difficult. Do not trust this site or go by their delivery promise. As your package will lie in transit forever and they wilk keep bringing up stories and not stay true to their word. If you must use them, anticipate disappointment and dissatisfaction!! Dont only go by my review, look at the rest as well.I wish I had to check this well before proceeding.....

If I could give them 0 I would, avoid at all costs. Spent $140 approx on some flowers and chocolates to be delivered. Gave them enough notice, even managed to speak with customer service on the day who said they had the order and the delivery would be made. Guess what, no delivery, birthday gift ruined.

Wish i could rate zero. They are scammers. Do not match purchase photos and do not send chocolate hampers. They send cheap paper wafer biscuits. Disgusting .. and do not refund money. Horrible experience

I ordered a premium bouquet of flowers and a premium beer and snacks hamper. What I received was squashed flowers as they were put in the same box as the hamper. The flowers were wrapped in green tissue paper! I also bought two birthday cards and put instructions for card one and card two. They sent floral cards and printed out the instructions and attached both of them to ONE card, and sent the other one BLANK!! The flowers and hamper were also NOT what was ordered or what was showing on their website. They use the same photo for whether you buy the Standard, Premium or Deluxe version so deliberately omit information to mislead you. I paid $156.75 for both premium flowers and hamper ($78+ each including delivery) and a preschooler could have done a better job. Not professional at all. They also don't respond to emails, the ones sent prior to shipping and the ones sent since I received the hideous purchase. The beer and snacks hamper comprised of 3 boxes of jatz, ritz and clix (with nothing to put on them!!) and two cans of VB beer. I had emailed prior to ask for Great Northern, the picture showed XXXX Gold. That still would have been better than the VB rubbish. No communication from them. They didn't let me know they couldn't use Great Northern. And haven't responded to me since, when I requested a refund. Since searching their reviews (yes I should have done this first), I've seen so many similar complaints and even been reported to A Current Affair. I have no idea how they are still trading. At this point they are just taking the piss out of us!!! Just a bunch of scammers who are taking advantage of innocent consumers. I am lodging a formal complaint if I don't receive a full refund. BUYER BEWARE!

I've been sending flowers from UK to my daughter in Australia for almost 20 years, and can honestly say that this is the worst company I've dealt with.
I added a box of truffles to my flower order to qualify for free delivery, but was still charged.
I emailed to query it and was repeatedly told that their mailbox was full.
I finally received a reply to say that the colour of flowers I had ordered were not available so had been substituted with a different colour, "but of equal value, quality and standard".
They didn't explain why I had been charged for delivery, but just offered a $20 credit for my next order (there won't be one!)
When the order arrived, the amount of flowers were much less than shown on the website, and my daughter said they weren't as good as she has had from other companies- in quality & quantity.
Needless to say my next order for her birthday next month won't be coming from this company

I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered on my friends birthday, expecting them to be delivered to her home. 2 days later they were left at the local post office. I complained to the flower company and they were quite flippant, in my opinion. I requested a refund and each email came back as undelivered. Eventually I rang to complain and received an email offering me a credit. I replied to the email saying I would accept their store credit, and guess what! That email also returned as unavailable to be delivered.
In my opinion their customer service is non existent and I would Not recommend them.

Warning. This is a fraudulent company which took my money but delivered no flowers. I also wish I’d researched before ordering. I am now in the process of attempting to have my money refunded . AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I ordered and paid for a bunch of flowers (over$130) on Wednesday 3 June to be delivered to a residential address on 5 June.
On 4 June I recieved an email from the company stating that my selection of flowers would be substituted.
At about 4pm on Friday I recieved another email stating that the flowers were delivered the GPO Box waiting for the recipient to collect. The flowers were sent to a dear friend who was getting 24/7 care at home after major surgery.
Tried to contact Aussie Blooms via 1800 telephone number and email address to no avail. All of my 19 emails sent to wecare@aussieblooms bounced back with message saying inbox is full.

I had to use their Web address to ensure my emails were received.

They are refusing to give me back my money and have offered credit or partial refund.

I wish I had taken my time to look at this company and read their reviews.

In my opinion they are based either in India or Pakistan. One of their employees advised that they were based in Europe at which point I asked her what the time was...she was unable to answer. If they were in Europe it would of been 4am.

Whatever you do please avoid this company.

Utter disgrace and one for A Current Affair! I ordered flowers to be delivered to a church (not residential) address for a funeral before the service at 1:00pm. At 10:55am unbeknown to me, an email arrived saying “Unfortunately, we are unable to attempt delivery to the current address today. To ensure the order can be delivered as soon as possible, we kindly ask that you provide a residential address for the recipient.” I didn’t see this till when I was at the funeral and realised our flowers had not arrived. Then trying to send a reply email and call was a nightmare with the email undeliverable message saying the inbox and message bank were both full. When I finally got through, there was no consideration for the fact that the flowers didn’t make it or this excuse that they couldn’t deliver to a church. The flowers were at some point delivered to the church the day after! I called another 4 times and at one point was hung up on because the person in the off shore call centre didn’t know what to do. Needless to say, no refund. Atrocious that this happened and in hindsight after seeing the reviews I see why. This business should be shut down. I’ll also be contacting fair trading and I hope everyone who experienced this shameful service from this so called business does the same. Looking at the complaints, it’s prob for the best the flowers didn’t arrive as the quality is disgusting. Shame on them!

This company is scam. Bought flower from UK to be delivered in Australia but they send dead flowers. The one on their website is complete different what they send

If I could give a negative star I would. Do not use this company. I wish I had done research on reviews before ordering. Lesson learned. Ordered flowers to be delivered to a restaurant for my daughters birthday. When I rang to find out where they were I was told they wouldn't be delivered until Monday. I couldn't get through to the very unhelpful customer service person that we wouldn't be at the restaurant on Monday. Sent me an email at 2.30pm saying they could deliver at 1pm that day!! What the!! Any email bounces because their inbox is full. Funny that, probably all unhappy customers wondering where their flowers are. Thank goodness I purchased through PayPal so I'm getting a refund. Terrible experience terrible uninterested customer service terrible company.
