I paid $87 dollars for a premium delicate elegance boutique. I also paid for a card with my message. My recipient received someone else’s boutique clearly not to the value I had paid! When challenged they tried to make out it was the correct one. Once they were shown evidence of wrong flowers with messsge and different delivery address did they then send out the correct one. The flowers look half dead!! No card just my message written on a scrap of paper! It’s disgusting. I can’t believe they are still in business. I only wish I had seen all the other bad reviews.

I had to put one star to get on the site but I would rather have put negative 5 stars for this company. Absolutely the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I ordered flowers for a funeral that I could not attend. They were not delivered. When I rang they were very apologetic and told me they were 'Opening an Investigation' to find out what happened. After a week with no response I called again. And again very apologetic but still trying to find out what happened!? Another week went by still nothing the 3rd phone call I asked for my money back and they said they would (RE-DELIVER) The flowers! I told them that was unacceptable because it was a FUNERAL! So they told me all they could do was give me a credit... however they didn't send me Anything! I have rung Aussie Blooms & Bloomex (same call centre) so many times over the last 8 weeks asking to speak to a supervisor or ANYONE that can help me to No avail. I don't want a store credit I will NEVER buy from them again! And looks like there is No Way of getting a refund! I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS FIRST!!

So disappointed. The flowers arrived nearly two weeks late, not what I ordered and trying to get any response from the company was almost non existent. Would never recommend or order from here again.

ZERO stars. Did not have my flowers in stock so offered a hamper which I agreed too. The special day came and went, no delivery came. So i had to use another place to get a present since they did not show up. I asked for a refund and they flat out refused one and sent a hamper 6 days later (WHEN ITS NO LONGER NEEDED). I have charged back on my card and reported to Ombudsman. SCAM!

PLEASE DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. Aussie Bloms is a SCAM. Be Warned....... Ordered 180 dollars' worth of flowers for mother's day . Got an email mother's day saying had run out of flowers. Tried to get a refund to no avail . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Listen to all the bad reviews and please don't order from this company. They didn’t deliver the flowers and then would only attempt a redelivery for a $15 fee.

They were the cheapest plain and crappiest floral arrangement I've ever seen. What a joke. Waste of $156 . You should be disgusted in your morals selling something online that looks beautiful and delivering crap.

Live in America. Ordered for my girlfriend who lives in Australia. Showed up on time and in good condition. Only thing was the delivery man didn't knock on the door. Other than that. Decent price. Delivered ontime and in great condition!

Please do not waste your money with this company - I ordered online from UK for a delivery of native Australian flowers to be sent to Australia - after repeated delays a bouquet on non native completely dead flowers arrived without a vase ( that I had paid for )- at my mothers address in Adelaide - plus 2 cheap packets of biscuits which were supposed to be a 'luxury' item as an apology for the delay. After multiple complaints by me - They refused a refund stating I could have money off voucher for future deliveries !! I have reported them to the Australian authorities as I have lost over $100 dollars with this company. I have since reported them to the Australian authorities.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! absolute scam. Use nice photos and don’t deliver anything close that resembles it. They said tried delivery and didn’t just to recharge another delivery fee. Customer service is rude and hung up on me. NSW fairing will be notified of you.

I ordered a deluxe arrangement of flowers for my mother-in-law's birthday over a week prior to when I wanted it delivered. Shortly thereafter I received an email with the following statement: "Our courier partner advised that delivery from our production facility to the provided address may take approximately 2 - 4 days transit time. While your order will be carefully packaged, we are concerned that the extended transit time may affect the quality of the flowers due to limited access to water and weather conditions." I was offered a gift basket as replacement or a store credit. I told them that if they were not able to fulfill my order that I wanted a refund to the original form of payment as I had no interest in a gift basket or a store credit. They kept on with the back-and-forth and so I finally disputed the charge with my bank. As it turns out, my husband had the same experience last year sending flowers to a friend. Total scam. Look elsewhere.

Ordered online for daughter in law on birth of baby. Supposed to be delivered the following day, delivery suburb in their normal zone.
No delivery, I sent email to customer (non)service, no response, rang contact number they said they were waiting for response from local florist and would get back to me. No contact 4 hours later. I rang again, same girl, said it was outside of their normal delivery area, and because it was a day out from Good Friday, they couldn’t deliver until 6 days later. I was furious, asked for refund, didn’t want them delivered that late. Said they would send a refund confirmation email, so I could fill in the details. Didn’t receive that, so I rang back, “oh no” we can’t send emails to hotmail addresses (BS) I will get my manager to call you straight away. No call, rang again, “I can’t hear you properly, there’s a noisy vacuum cleaner in the background, not mine but hers. RUDE! I will escalate to the supervisor to process the refund within 24 hours. Heard nothing for two days so rang AGAIN. Spoke to a male, they had all previous info on file, he just put me on hold without advising, but got through to a team leader who said they were very sorry and they would process my refund the next day.
FINALLY, it has been refunded to my credit card after some firm but fair words.
It’s always nice to receive delivered flowers and gifts, but had to buy some from a supermarket instead, at least I could hand select a beautiful arrangement in a vase.
Please don’t use this company.
Would totally recommend “The flower run” or “Daily Blooms”, both in Perth, have used them a few times for my daughter, they are reliable, honest, and delivered beautiful flowers.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this site. Ordered a gift basket on a Friday to be delivered the following Tuesday. On Monday they said 'this is outside our delivery area we will deliver on Wednesday' I said this was unacceptable, then on the Wednesday I get an email saying 'this is outside our delivery area we will deliver on Friday'. I then said FORGET IT the birthday is over now, I want a full refund. But wait for it, then they said they will refund the delivery fee and deliver the goods on SATURDAY! 4 days late! They offered $30 credit - as if I will ever use them again. $200 down the drain. Do NOT use this company!

I ordered an orchid spray in a vase, with a cuddly toy and some chocolates. They delivered a bunch of chrysanthemums in a cracked vase, no toy, no chocolates. When I asked for a refund they said they could not do this as my order had been delivered! What was delivered was certainly not my order. They offered me a $25 store credit - as if I would ever use them again. Do not waste your money. I wish I'd read the reviews first. Appalling service. They basically steal your money and deliver something sub-standard.

They will take your money, but not deliver. Whish I had looked at the reviews first! AVOID...!

Never even made an order and I get calls nonstop. Driving me nuts especially since I live in a different time zone. New wake up calls each night from different number.s Do NOT order from this company. It's just spam.

I didn’t check Aussie Bloom’s reviews prior to paying for a bouquet for my mother in law to be delivered. Lo and behold, her birthday came and went with no flowers and not a peep from Aussie Blooms. Don’t do it. The hassle to try and get your money back is not worth it.

What was delivered was not what was ordered. Missing items and poor quality. While the company acknowleged there were missing items, they only offered a store credit of less than half the cost. Also offered to deliver the missing items but this was 4 weeks after the delivery date for my granddaughter's birthday. I had already purchased the missing items from other - more reliable - suppliers. They are just scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

My 88 year old mother in the UK ordered what looked like a stunning bunch of native flowers in a beautiful pot to be delivered to me. She paid accordingly. She was very excited for them to arrive. When they did it was a tiny withered bunch of mostly red carnations and three roses (some flowers were broken) tied up with an elastic band and put in a box. The box was then left on the street and the courier didn't even bother buzzing my apartment, just sent a text with a photo. The box said "Bloomex". Upon emailing the people at aussieblooms they denied all responsibility and said basically that someone had pretended to be them. Unbelievable.

I ordered Bubbly and Lindt chocolates gift box for a gift in December, they delivered a cheap bottle of red wine and Ferraro Rocher with some other cheap chocolate thrown into a cheap gift bag. I started a chargeback and they have told my cc company they delivered the product when I have photographic proof they did not!
