Site pas fiable du tout
Le site ne vérifie même pas l'identité de la personne ayant passé commande. Site pas assez sécurisé, sur lequel vont les fraudeurs qui piratent les cartes bancaires et/ou comptes/mails d'autres personnes. Et lorsque l'on fait une réclamation, l'entreprise met du temps à répondre, et répond par des mails bateaux. Si on insiste, on commence à avoir des réponses personnalisées, mais qui ne résolvent en rien le problème. Je leur ai envoyé le récépissé de dépôt de plainte prouvant que la commande passée était frauduleuse, mais je n'ai toujours pas reçu de proposition satisfaisante de leur part.
Je ne suis visiblement pas la seule victime de fraudeurs qui passent par ce site, qui ne vérifie pas assez sérieusement l'identité de leurs clients.
En plus, je n'apprécie pas du tout leur insistance à me faire modifier cet avis, sous peine de demander à Truspilot de le supprimer.
Alors AussuI sachez que cet avis sera SUPPRIME dès lors que notre litige sera clôturé. La solution est très simple : remboursez la commande. Vous avez un récépissé de dépôt de plainte.
