In anticipation of my 25th wedding anniversary, I started to explore Austen & Blake 12 months in advance. My wife has always wanted a diamond ring.
From the start I dealt with Jessica in the Newcastle store. Being a guy and having no clue about diamond rings, Jessica was a huge help with her advice, talking through all the diamond and gold types. Even though this was months before I was able to commit to the ring she was amazing to deal with. No sales type pushiness, just the personal touch to ensure I got it right.
Settled on, and ordered the ring. Presented it to my wife who was in tears with joy. The presentation box, certificate, insurance details and everything were very premium.
In the preceding months my wife had been on a fitness journey so we needed to get the ring resized. Again Jessica was so helpful.
I would recommend Austen & Blake in a heartbeat, especially thanks to Jessica.

My partner got my beautiful engagement ring from here which I love! Hazel advised him and was super helpful through the process of picking/ordering my ring.

Because the customer service was so good I came back to look at wedding bands. I had no idea what to go for but Hazel advised and helped me decide what compliments my engagement ring. She got out a range of rings for me to try on and take photos against my engagement ring so I could be sure that it was definitely the one I wanted to go for.

I have popped in a couple of times for advice and all the other girls are super friendly and helpful too. Every time I call in, I’m offered a drink and my ring a quick clean while I’m there which is a lovely added touch

Wow- what can I say - my fiancé chose my engagement ring with assistance from Jessica (Newcastle Branch) almost 3 years ago. Last year, when looking for my wedding band there was no other jewellers I could have chosen but Austen & Blake. Both rings are amazing, Jessica was able to ensure that both rings matched. Jessica didn't push for any sale and provided us with many options. She was amazing from start to finish - I love both rings and keep looking down and smiling at how sparkly they are! I absolutely love them!

Jessica was extremely helpful and provided all the information I needed when collecting an engagement ring. She was both friendly and knowledgeable and I really appreciated her taking the time to explain the certificate and chatting about anything else that I needed.

Hannah at Austen and Blake in Eldon Square was amazing. She helped us design the perfect ring, find the perfect diamond and we absolutley love it. We will be back to buy our wedding bands here also! Amazing service!

Austen and Blake team are brilliant ! Jason handled the process from start to finish he couldn’t have helped me anymore if he tried. He made the process of one of the most important moments in your life a breeze. Stayed in constant communication over email to let me know what was happening and it all went very smoothly and the ring is absolutely beautiful and my fiancée would certainly agree she absolutely loves it! I had a lovely experience at this store choosing my wedding ring. On my first time visiting Austen & Blake we were greeted by Jessica who helped me choose the perfect ring. We were given beverages and she even polished my engagement ring! There was no pressure at all and we were made to feel so relaxed and comfortable. I’ve collected my wedding ring today, again greeted by Jessica as soon as we arrived. I’m absolutely over the moon with my ring and the customer service we had in this store was fantastic. Jessica has really made my experience in purchasing my wedding ring. Cannot recommend enough, thank you so much!

I was originally drawn to Austen & Blake as they grade their sapphires and gemstones, so felt fully assured I was going to get the desired colour and quality I wanted when the end product was ready.
Thanks to the outstanding customer service, no matter what jewellery, this will be my go-to jewellers going forward. Hannah and the whole team have been absolutely amazing throughout.
We have now purchased 3 rings. Even with my bespoke wedding ring, the level of communication from Hannah has meant that I felt complete reassurance that the product is going to be made as hoped, with no hassle or fuss.
I think it's important to experience a level of professionalism when you are spending a lot of money with a company (unfortunately not always the case) which we have experienced, yet it still feels nice, relaxed and friendly. Thank you Hannah (& team) :)
