Amazing! - Aaliyah highly recommend
I had an amazing experience when purchasing an engagement ring and was helped by Aaliyah who was the most helpful person I could have asked for. She always replied to emails quickly and made the process as easy as possible when I was very stressed out. She was amazing and so helpful and i couldn’t be more thankful for her and the company!

What a perfect experience from start to finish. Hannah was incredibly helpful when choosing the perfect ring for Daisy, perfectly clear in her communication and made me feel total confidence throughout the process. Fabulous service
I have absolutely loved the whole experience of choosing and purchasing my wedding ring at Austen & Blake.
Hannah was fantastic from beginning to end, helping me to make sure I had the perfect ring for the big day. She explained to me about the whole process of how my ring would be made and how long it would take. Her communication through emails was really good, always keeping me in the loop. Thoroughly enjoyed going to pick my ring up yesterday and getting to try it on for the first time. I love it! It's a perfect fit and I can't wait to wear it. I would highly recommend Austen & Blake and their lovely staff. Will definitely be in to purchase something else soon.
