Royal Mail failed my delivery but after contacting Authenticated on email my package was resent in the next few days. Thanks guys

Have received my hoodie. Communication could be better, but all sorted now.

Sent back a hoodie i got my son for xmas to exchange for a bigger size as per email request between myself and authenticated. Paid £12 postage as i wanted to guarantee it was delivered due to it being between Xmas and new year. This was delivered, with photographic evidence on 30/12. It is now 12 January, i have sent 2 emails and am being ignored. I just want some acknowledgment that this is being dealt with and that the replacement hoodie will be sent. I included the original delivery note and an additional note as requested. I understand it’s a busy time but acknowledgement is key. I will leave it til the end of the week before i start a dispute with my bank.

Tried to contact for a refund 3 times via the @info link and once on Instagram... no answer to any of them ... appauling service. Will now have to sldsipute through my bank. BEWARE

website has items you struggle to find elsewhere, at decent pricing and good delivery options. paid for premium delivery needed urgently before finding out they don’t ship on bank holidays so had to wait til they ran again. they automatically refunded me the shipping cost since it took a few extra days and the delivery came as soon as they were working again. haven’t opened the parcel yet since it’s a gift but will update once i do if anything is worth noting.

Exchange took a little longer than hoped but happy it came and my son is super happy.

I ordered an Essentials hoodie for my son for Christmas. It was far smaller in size when it arrived. I have sent numerous emails to request a refund and had no response. I shall now be seeking further advice as to my consumer rights.

Was worried it wouldnt arrive before Christmas but after emailing I was reassured and it came the next day. Thanks!

I ordered 2 tracksuits on 1st December with postage taking 3-4 days.

On 8th December I had to chase to find out where parcel was and they advised they would send out 1 tracksuit now and the second on Friday 12th.

I received no tracking confirmation so followed up again and they advised I would receive the second tracksuit on 16th December but it hasn’t arrived and they won’t provide me tracking details.

I ordered for a birthday this week and worried I won’t receive in time!!

I recently bought a pair of ASIC trainers for my daughter from Authenticated, and I was really impressed with the entire experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The trainers were for a Christmas gift, and I was a bit worried about getting them in time, but I was pleasantly surprised! The shoes arrived well before Christmas, which was a huge relief.
The quality of the trainers is excellent — they look exactly as advertised, and you can tell they’re authentic and of great quality. I also appreciated the careful packaging, which kept the shoes safe during shipping.
Overall, I was really impressed with Authenticated. Their timely delivery, high-quality products, and seamless shopping experience made this purchase a breeze. I'll definitely be shopping here again for future gifts!

Absolutely ridiculous "company" zero form of communication zero ways of contacting yes they have an email address but that's a waste of time as no one responds. I've sent multiple emails about an order I have placed and haven't recieved. Absolute bullshit at this time of year especially when their items are not cheap. Shall be taking this further and reporting this absolute scam of a place!!

I had an amazing experience shopping with Authenticated! I ordered an Essentials tracksuit as a Christmas gift, and it arrived right on time—perfectly packaged and exactly as described. The quality of the tracksuit is outstanding, super comfortable, and clearly authentic.

I ordered an essentials hoodie which came so much smaller than it should, so must’ve been junior but it does not say junior online… after I emailed them 3 times and still not a single reply to get a return and refund. Do not buy from them, especially it’s bad they are not relying to emails as they say for a refund policy to email them. It’s been ages
