This company is to be completely avoided, unless you don't care about customer service issues if you need it. My spouse wanted something specific from this website for Christmas, which I obliged. However, I needed an exchange for a different size and wrote to them for help, as we were within the 30 day return/exchange policy. I emailed them on 3 separate occasions, a couple weeks apart for each, starting on 12/25/24. Not once did they bother to even respond. I've owned a website business in the past, and would've NEVER ignored a customer in such a manner. We're now stuck with a shirt that doesn't fit. I will never buy from this company again, and I would never advise anyone else to either, unless they're 100% sure they're keeping the product regardless. These people are pitiful.

No customer service. I ordered 3 shirts and received one. 20 days later and still no information on the other two. Orders are not fulfilled as they state on their website. I submitted requests for updates on shipping/fulfillment with no replies. The one reply I did receive offered no relevant information. The email stated "the remaining shirts will be shipped later this week or next." That was over a week ago and still no updates or delivery. No tracking or useful information. Just a bad experience. They have zero customer service. Bottom line, do not order.

Same situation don’t order from these people. I ordered a gift and it’s almost 3 weeks I leave for my trip in two days and still don’t have the shirt.
Find another vendor to order your item!

TERRIBLE customer service. I ordered something 2 weeks before Christmas and it wasn't mailed until 2 weeks after. I sent an email requesting that the order be cancelled when I saw that it wouldn't arrive by Christmas. They acknowledged that they received the email but ignored my request and sent the item a month later. Now they won't respond to my repeated requests for a refund.

Reiterating what others have said: this company is likely a scam. AVOID. Never got my item. Bad customer service! Awaiting my refund.

Let’s start with the good. The shirts I ordered are quality shirts. That’s where the good begins and ends.

Let’s move to the bad. This company’s communication is pretty much nonexistent. They advertise free 4-6 days of shipping; what they don’t tell you is that the 4-6 days are for the planet of Jupiter. I place an order on November 29, 2024 for two t-shirts. I received the first one on December 14, 2024. The second one is still in transit with an expected delivery of December 20, 2024. I emailed regarding the status and requested free upgraded shipping and simply received a response saying one of the shirts was shipping. I never received a response or update on the second one, had I not been using the Shop app I’d be left to deal with their worthless customer support.

Shall we move on to the concerning? I think we shall. As it was taking so long to receive my orders I looked into cancelling the order. I highly recommend doing this BEFORE you purchase from Authentic Band Merchandise. Their cancellation policy is simply punitive, that tells me that they know that the 4-6 days of advertised shipping is simply a marketing lie.

I highly recommend researching this company before ordering from them and do not believe the ratings on their site which seem to be as fictional as their shipping policy.

Absolutely pathetic company. Never got my t shirt. Looked for a refund from PayPal but they sent PayPal a different tracking number to say it was delivered. Unbelievable lowlife, avoid this robbing company. No answer to emails , pathetic

Sham website. Waited two months to receive my order but it never arrived. So-called customer service was a joke - they just stopped responding. And on top of that, the merch isn’t authentic. AVOID!

Terrible user experience . The communication is non-existent . Ordered 4 tee-shirts took one month for two of them to arrive and the other two are no where to be found. No response from customer service .

I purchased 2 shirts shipped separately. COD. Even after they charged shipping. The UPS COD was the same price as the shirts. That are sized way too small. Really bad experience.

Never received items. Paid for expedited shipping. Out over a hundred dollars no response.
Never given a valid tracking number.

I ordered 2 shirts for my wife and me. After weeks i received shirt but paid the customs for 2 and got no answer on my emails. I would like to point out that this fraud and please be warned!

After having a bad experience with them, I reached out to some of the bands that they sell merch of, and surprise surprise, none of it is licensed. They have absolute garbage customer service, expect to wait months for your terrible quality shirts to arrive, I seriously wouldn’t doubt that it’s just one dude in a garage using iron on designs, and calling them authentic. It takes them longer to answer an email than most sites would take to get your order to your door.

Same same as everyone else.

Ordered a shirt as a gift for my sister awaiting surgery. They charged me and never send a product. Still waiting on the requested refund over 2 weeks later. Be warned. It's a dice roll. Their customer service is really LIP SERVICE. They promise & don't deliver.

Ordered a shirt. After two email inquiries and a full month, they claimed the shirt was lost in USPS. I requested a refund. They credited my card, less a 30% restocking/processing fee. I strongly advise against ordering from Authentic Band Merch.

I ordered two shirts for my wife’s birthday. I tried to pay for expedited shipping, but I never received them at all. It just keeps saying The Postal Service is waiting for the package.

This is a scam, they need to be reported. I am an attorney and will find a way to report them.

What a joke this company is! I ordered a shirt 4 weeks ago and still have not received it. When reaching our to Customer Service they told me for it had shipped - When I tracked it, USPS said a label had been made but not received. I did this for 4 days still being told it was shipped, but still USPS not had not received the package for for delivery. Customer Service wouldn't even respond to my email. Oh, I did receive an auto reply acknowledging my email, but never received any kind of response. I needed this shirt by August 17 and figured 4 weeks was plenty of time to recieve it. Couldn't even get the courtesy of an response.

I ordered one shirt from this website on a whim not knowing what I was getting myself into. Apparently all their products are “discounted” as a way to deter people from getting refunds and exchanges as per their refund policy (although they don’t make that known upfront when showing you the price of the item while shopping). The quality of the print was poor as well as discolored. It did not look anything like the thumbnail image once I received it in person. I had to file a dispute and escalate with PayPal to hopefully have a chance at getting my money back. Do not order from these con artists. They will not give your money back and the product quality sucks.
