Dont waste you time and money…
Having bought plenty of parts over the years and fitting allot of Autodoc parts i have to say the quality is shocking. I replaced the lower control arms and a wheel bearing on my own car and within 3months I needed a replacement control arm due to poor quality and whole ball joint falling out. With only a few thousand more km on the car both front lower control arms balljoints need to replaced now and the wheel bearing is noisy again. The whole car is noisy now and all have to replaced again.

Incorrect item supplied
Incorrect item supplied, listed on website as compatible with my car, but was not. Initial shipping costs not refunded.
Had to pay €20 to return item to Poland. Customer Service Agents not helpful.

We would like to clarify that the vehicle selector on our website works as a guidance tool. It filters parts based on general vehicle data such as make, model, engine type, and production year. However, many vehicles have specific variations (engine codes, equipment versions, production changes), which may affect compatibility. For this reason, the selector provides recommendations, but the most accurate way to confirm fitment is by checking the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) or the Original Equipment Number (OEN) before purchase. Our support team can assist with this verification to avoid such situations.
We’re also sorry to hear that you felt unsupported by our customer service team. That is certainly not the level of assistance we aim to provide.

Cheaper but poor when things go wrong
I had originally placed an order on the 30th of December which was partially fulfilled. After a significant amount of chasing Autodoc the missing items were dispatched again on the 4th February and still have not arrived on the 25th. To their credit customer service have been in contact this time however this is an extremely long wait for parts.
Edit: I've now received a refund as of the 3rd of March, practically two months after around when the order should have arrived.
