When I called to enquire about a vehicle I had seen on Auto Trader Ryan answered my call, from that point on the purchase of my new vehicle was seamless. He sorted all the paperwork and everything else without having to come into the office, he service was excellent. Then when I arrived at Auto100 to collect my new vehicle Adam took me though this whole process with ease. I also got a look around the showroom with some other pretty special cars indeed. Auto100 offered me an immaculately presented, well priced Lotus Emira. There was no pressure during the viewing and I was given a comprehensive test drive accompanied by Terry. He was knowledgeable and polite and suggested a route to allow me to give the car a full workout.
The facility at Huthwaite is an Aladins cave of many desirable cars. Would recommend a visit if you're in the market for something special.

Ryan and Adam were great to deal with, they made the process of buying my new car a pleasure. Got a good trade in price for my old car. The new one was as advertised and well valeted inside and out. The sale went through on time and efficiently. A faulty switch was replaced under warranty without fuss. Would I use auto100 again?. Absolutely 100% yes.

I bought a 2021 Range Rover Sport from Auto100 about 11 months ago and the whole experience has been shocking.
The day I drove the car away, the engine management light came on. When I took it to an approved Land Rover dealer, they found issues and charged £200 per inspection (standard labour cost) — Auto100 refused to cover it under their “warranty”. Even after the first repair, the light came back on again, which meant another visit, another £200 fee, and still no help or reimbursement from Auto100.
I also paid extra for a 12-month warranty, which clearly meant nothing when it came to actually using it.
Fast forward to selling the car back to them through Carwow — another nightmare. We agreed on a price, but they sent an external assessor who claimed the car had an oil leak (it didn’t — I’d had an oil service a month earlier). Despite still being under their own warranty, they knocked £500 off the agreed price with zero justification.
Honestly, the customer service is non-existent, and every time you call for help it feels like they just want to pass the blame and protect their margins. Money-hungry company that doesn’t care about customers once they’ve got your money.
Avoid Auto100 — save yourself the hassle, stress, and wasted time.

Ineresting but brief experience. I made contact via Auto Trader. Arranged that I would call them once back in the UK. Call was bizzare from the off, with a statement that I couldn't test drive the car that I was interested in (a lack of proper insurance on their part it would seem). A total red flag as how else do you make an informed decision and get a feel for whether or not that car is right for you. I had no problem arranging a time with Porsche Notts 18 months ago to discuss and test drive one of their cars, then placed an order. Call me old fashioned, but that is the correct way to go about choosing a car.

In all my years of owning automobiles over 💯 in number, if you can forgive my pun, I have never felt so relaxed and less stressed than ever before purchasing a motor vehicle. That is down to Ryan Maloney and Adam at Auto100. It’s truly amazing how much knowledge and experience these to lovely guys have in the vehicles they sell for the very select company they work for.
From my very first contact with both of them they had a wonderful approach and both made me feel extremely relaxed and gave me a very enjoyable experience.
Before my initial conversations with them I wondered how I would be treated, looking to purchase a lower priced vehicle in relation to all the very exotic vehicles at Auto100 they stock and retail. (How Wrong Was I). You made both my wife Angela and myself feel extremely welcome and for that alone you have my gratitude.
I like your politeness and the way you both conducted yourselves. I am a very strong believer in the way you treat others as calmer begets calmer and you both certainly tick all those boxes too.
The best form of advertising is, I believe by word of mouth and I am certainly going to spread the word about the great staff at Auto100. That’s why I’m talking the time to write this review for yourselves and the company you both work for.
Your upper management should be very proud they have you both on board.
