TOTAL CROOKS AND SCAM!!!! Cannot email or call them!!! BEWARE!!!!! 0 stars!!!!!

All I wanted was to return an incorrect order. I followed the directions and absolutely nothing happened. No response whatsoever.
People like this absolutely frustrate me and give no chance to bona fide companies.

On 2-2 I ordered to mattress sheet lifter tools, purple and green. After I pressed select I immediately started getting page after page of additional items to buy with no way to stop them. They finally stopped and I got confirmation that my order was $18.98 but it only showed I item shipping. I immediately sent an email asking where the other item was. The next morning I checked my PayPal account and it showed I was billed $23.72 including $8.53 for handling which was not on the order I approved. I have emailed them several times asking about the missing item and the charges. They have all been returned as undeliverable. I’ve called them several times for information and all calls immediately go to voicemail. I’ve left messages but there has been no response. This company is a total scam and needs to be removed from the internet.

The whole ordering system is corrupt. Other items added to an order. No chance of rectifying the order. I am forced to wait and see it my order is in fact delivered.
I certainly would never recommend this company.

I would choose zero if I could, this company is totally unscrupulous & exploits its customers. Several items were added to the basket surreptitiously. When we realised we tried to cancel the order many times, but no reply from any of the emails they had listed on the order or the website. Part of the order was then delivered & once again we sent numerous emails to cancel explaining all that had happened & to at least refund the items not sent, also asking how to get a refund as it states on Avaleric website. Instead, 26 hours later we are advised the unsent items are on their way! Do not deal with this company, they are deceitful & predatory in their behavior, all a big sham of being a good US company, all items came from China with chinese instructions!!!

Hostile service, trying to cancel order, both emails not working.

Never again. Very unsatisfactory experience. Website shows a group of alleged employees appearing to be U.S. based which seems to be a rouse. Items supposed to be delivered in about a week or so. Mine was OVER A MONTH with NO updates. Inexcusable.

BE CAREFUL
I am 76 and wanted to purchase the mattress lifter tool. I chose one that cost $12.99 and then as I tried to pay the site kept adding items to my purchase without me realising. I ended up with items I hadn’t ordered and my order came to US$148.55. I wasn’t aware I was being charged in USD and didn’t receive an order summary at the end. I found out how much I had been charged when PayPal sent me notification. Then Avaleric sent me my order summary and I had items such as toilet cleaner, wood tool repair kit and a set of four mattress tools.

I have lodged a complaint through PayPal and asked them to stop the payment. I had to write to Avaleric and PayPal are waiting to hear back from them.

I realise now I was supposed to deselect from the six pages that followed. This has been an extremely upsetting experience for me as I am a self funded retiree and can’t afford to pay for things I did not buy.

The item was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 days. It was well over two weeks when I finally got it. But most alarming is the fact that they charged me differently than what the printed copy of my receipt. It was about $20.98 and they charged me $26.23. I tried to send them an email and a telephone call. Neither one was available to even use. I wrote them a letter because that was the only way I could get them. I have not heard back yet. I find this to be very sketchy and would not recommend using this company. There is no way to get a hold of them.

Appalling customer service. When on the final screen, I realised they had failed to list the item in USD, I withdrew the order and did not complete it, and followed up with two cancellation emails. Despite this I was charged more than the order price and the item arrived. None of their contact emails work despite them bombarding me with emails asking me to complete the order. You simply can't contact them. I plan to try consumer affairs.

I think this company is a scam. I bought something, thankfully less than $20, and received a shipping confirmation within 1 day. 5 days later nothing had arrived, so I tracked it through their code and found that it was coming from China and would not be delivered until the 1st week of Apri, 4 months later. I went to their website and got their email and sent an email requesting cancellation. 1 hour later the email came back as undeliverable. I then went back to their website and got their phone number, but continue to get a message saying the call does not go through. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered on January 2 never received confirmation. They did not have a problem taking my money. No product. Live and learn. 39.98 order 295RUIM-9377. I wish I could get my money back but sure I was scammed

I order the mattress lift.. I am 77 with a broken back. Excited about this never an email and never got the product.. very disappointed. Guess it was a scam. Thinking of noticing better business

I made a purchase from this company and was sent an email confirmation in the amount of $35.97 thru PayPal. When the items were shipped, the invoice read $44.96. I immediately replied to the vendor that the agreed price was incorrect but got no response. These people are cheats and probably China. Look at the incorrect invoice I rec'd. Do the math and it adds up to $35.97.

BEWARE! Ordered an item. US website. Constant spam emails followed immediately - making it appear like the order was not originally placed - so placed order only to realise order HAD already been placed. Company would not refund or cancel second order even though no evidence that second order had been sent yet. Still receiving reminder emails that item still in cart, 1 month later. Company did not respond to email request to cancel and PayPal unable to help. Will not order from this company again.
