I had a terrible experience with Avandai. Due to a major glitch on their poorly designed website, my single order was replicated three times, resulting in four identical orders being processed and charged.
I emailed their customer support immediately after noticing the error, but they refused to cancel or correct it, claiming the items had already been shipped. I tried calling their phone number multiple times, but no one ever answered. Subsequent emails sent to address the issue went completely unanswered.
When the products finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor—cheaply made in China and not at all as expected. Given their total lack of communication and terrible service, I am reluctant to send the items back out of fear that I will lose both the products and my money without receiving a refund.
I am reporting this company to Trading Standards. Save yourself the stress and money—avoid Avandai at all costs!
