We have been using Avaya for our business telephone communications for two years now. Great service but the support is based in the USA and causes much delays in replying.

Super happy with my experience. Our existing provider went out of business, and we had only a few days notice. Avaya was able move us to their cloud platform very quickly. Their support team was courteous and professional.

30 minutes on hold to international number trying to get through (after sending numerous requests for contact on their website).

Finally chose the option to leave a message only to be told the inbox is full. This was trying to reach the sales team, imagine what their other departments are like to reach?!

This is an fraudster and fake website because they asking to deposit about 5000 INR in self paytm account.So i request to all that do not waste your precious time and money here !!
