Look Elsewhere- They out of business!
After 18 years they went out of business. Suddenly didn’t allow payment cards to be updated. The customer service is run by a bot and their telephone support is a non working number or one that directs back to the website which is answered by a non-smart bot. I lost over 14 telephone numbers on more then 40 websites because of them and my business is suffering! Now I must redo all with new numbers and website updates and paper invoice updates.
No return calls or email for support issue
I have tried calling over a dozen times the last couple of weeks and using the support ticket form on the website. No one calls or emails back. It is very frustrating to pay for this service and not be able to get any assistance with it when I have an issue.

I had a number that was receiving calls for sales and offers in multiple languages from many different places
I requested a replacement for that number and was given back a credit for the amount I spent on the number

Always great and fast customer service
Always great and fast customer service. Everything works very well for our company with them including the call tracking and call recordings. Without it properly functioning, we wouldn’t know where our calls come from for marketing purposes. Keep up the great work! :)

Callfire, great for teachers!
I'm a high school teacher, and Callfire has been an invaluable service for parent communication. I can set up my classes' call lists and send out robo calls to all the parents of my students (or selectively) for things like invitations to parent-teacher conferences, updates on student performance/behavior, and much more. It even tells me how many were live answers versus went to message, etc... I couldn't recommend Callfire enough to teachers struggling with making all those phone calls to parents, because who has time for that?!
Seamless Process for our large call campaign
Seamless Process for our large call campaign. They helped me to customize the broadcasts for various campaigns and add our own messages and even a randomized code for each caller. Couldn't have had an easier way to complete our project. Definitely recommend.
