Really smooth process of booking from start to finish. I have used Ava for several corporate experiences, from the initial process of tailoring the experience to the companies wishes, paying and then the experience itself it is all very professional. The hosts that Ava use are always fun and exciting. Really could not recommend them enough :)

I had the pleasure of participating in a virtual Murder Mystery event with AVA Experience recently. It was very professional, entertaining and enjoyable. It was a great way to connect with colleagues as we have not seen each other in person for such a long time. I would HIGHLY recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun and excellent virtual team event.

I need to mention at that I've not had the opportunity to use the experience that I've booked with AVA due to Covid-19. However, I have contacted their team on multiple occasions now, hoping to arrange a refund or at least receive some additional information regarding any extensions of my vouchers. Unfortunately, AVA was not very responsive and I have not received an adequate response for months now. I understand that the pandemic has been hard on all of us, but we should support each other. Ignoring customers is not the way to go.

We booked with Ava experience for a charity event (magic show). From start to finish the booking & event ran smoothly, and the booking contact was always happy to help responding very quickly to any questions. We had the magician Paul Fowler run the magic show, he was brilliant, very entertaining, and engaging the children loved it. Would recommend & book again for another event.

We have used AVA Experiences for a few months now and they are the preferred supplier for us as they really are the best. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are happy to hold your hand the whole way through. I would recommend the team for any of the events and you can be sure of good, friendly and professional service the whole way through.

I booked AVA's Cocktail Making Masterclass for a team social and I couldn't be more pleased with how it went - from initially choosing an experience from an impressive array of options, right through to the event itself, the team at AVA were extremely helpful and always ready to answer any questions I had (thanks Sam & James!) The event itself was a huge success - hosted by Ian who was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. I also appreciated that this experience allowed all of my team to feel included on account of the alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktail kits offered. Highly recommend - thanks!

Sam was great at setting the meeting up with all the ingredients and instructions as to how it would work. On the night Chirs our mixologist was excellent. Gave really interesting facts about each of the cocktails and was just a really cool guy. Would recommend to others and I would definitely do it again

Event: Executive Networks' virtual discussion on employee well-being. Ava Experience provided a guided wine-tasting for our discussion breaks.

Guests: 8 very senior HR leaders from large, global companies. Based in various European countries.

Italian wine-tasting experience: We chose Ava's Italian wine-tasting experience. Gilbert Winfield of Winfield wines led us through a guided tasting. Entertaining and interesting.

Wine delivery: the wines reached all the guests okay, despite Brexit. I allowed 3 weeks for delivery and that was fine.

Flexible: Ava were flexible in delivering what we needed, and tailored their presentation to fit around our timetable.

Pleasant and helpful: Both the sales team and the event host were nice to deal with, straightforward and helpful.

The experience and booking process were very good, I would highly recommend the magician session it was well received by all participants and suitable for all ages

We booked for a wine and cheese tasting and it was wonderful! The delegates were very happy with the service as it was conducted in a professional manager. The host was very helpful and took their time to explain each cheese and wine and was open to answer any questions the delegates had. I would highly recommend this to a colleague.

Good company and very enjoyable event, the logistic was not the smoothest but we got there in the end! Our team was super happy and everyone had a great time at the virtual pasta making experience :)
