They sent me the wrong item and I have sent them 2 emails but I have have had no response, do not order from them if they can't even repond to emails they do not deserve your order.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Order not received. No reply to emails and £50 down the drain. Order “apparently” dispatched but never received. Avoid like the plague

Absolutely terrible company, like others would have given 0 stars if possible. Sent completely the wrong order and when I eventually managed to get through to someone in customer support on the phone (as they NEVER answer emails) I was told it was because the items I ordered which were available at the time had suddenly become unavailable so I was sent 4 that were "sort of similar". Returned items with proof of postage about 15 days ago now and still no response or refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

The worst! Order not received. Its been too long since I placed my order and nothing. Despite paying for next day delivery, hoping it would arrive a few days ahead of my event. Emailed support.at.americancandyco and all I got was a holding email. I will have to go to my bank to see if I can get my money back. The worst.

My order hasn’t arrived and they are not responding to emails which is a shame because I’ve ordered in the past with no issues.

I should of read reviews before ordering as they seem to say the same thing, missing item been emailing since beginning of September they promised me they would send item out and still waiting and now ignoring emails not very professional just avoid go to candymail online they are great

Would of given no stars but can't, missing items 4 in total been a month and still not sorting it out. Seem to be ignoring emails now ,save ya money go elsewhere because customer help is very very poor.

If only less than 1 star was an option.

How this company is still running is unbelievable.

I would comment on the terrible customer service but it is literally non existent, multiple emails and queries sent regarding the whereabouts of an order as zero communication was sent with regards to tracking. Did not get a response once.

Order finally arrived with multiple items missing with no commutation that these weren’t available or wouldn’t be sent, no refund so had to go through the bank to claim the missing £27

Slow delivery, NO customer service whatsoever. Do not waste your time and money

1 star only because I cant leave 0. Caees of soda ordered over 2 weeks ago. No tracking provided, Contacted via email and phone just rings out. Don't bother ordering from here, you may as well give me the money as you will equally receive nothing In return from me.

i placed an order online without checking reviews. i checked a few days later and i did worry! i got a dispatch email around 3 days after placing an order and when it didn't come with a tracking number i panicked because id already seen reviews. so i emailed them on friday, no reply... but my order turned up this morning, 8 days after placing the order which is good! everything was there, and in date. so apart from not receiving communication back about the tracking, everything else was pretty seamless to be honest. and looking back on my shop account, i've ordered from them a couple years ago and obviously nothing when wrong then or i would of known to avoid! will definitely be purchasing from here again i think. :)

Ordered a good amount of stuff spent over £100, only half of my items turned up, did nothing but email after email and got the same stupid automated response about sending order number, been over 3 months! Save yourself the headache avoid ordering

I’ve recently ordered from here and what a joke. Items missing from my order. And it was only two days after delivery the emailed to explain the missing items were out of stock. They never reply to emails when you query orders. And I paid next day delivery on Monday it’s now Wednesday and not even a email to say it’s been shipped. Tried calling and they dont answer. Will NEVER order again

As the other reviews say, they missed an item off our order and would not reply to emails or answer phone calls. We had to contact citizens advice on how to get our money back, and have ended up contacting our bank to get a refund for the missed item and delivery.

**update! I sent them a direct message on Insta and advised them I had reported them to Watchdog and low and behold, after 7 days they decide to answer my message, coincidence, I think not!!!**
I wish I had checked the reviews first! An expensive lesson learnt. Order arrived but was missing the two most expensive items and am almost £25 out of pocket. No answer by telephone, voicemail full, no response to messages, an appaling way to treat customers! DO NOT USE!!

Appalling company. Deserving of 0 stars but unfortunately that isn’t an option!! Paid for next day delivery which costs more than the 1 item I bought. 2 days later and it still hasn’t turned up. No reply to emails. I wish I’d seen the reviews beforehand!! Avoid this website.

The only reason I rate them a one star is because this system won’t allow less. I placed an order…. I received it relatively quickly however it was missing items and had wrong items. I have tried by email and phone both for the past few days and can not get any response at all. I will never order from them again and warn others not to as well. After reading others reviews I believe this company has made a business from ripping people off. I only wish I had read the reviews first.

Terrible scam company! Missing items from my order, I sent them an email as soon as I received the delivery and it was ignored. Put through PayPal dispute that I was missing items just for them to upload tracking details. The next step is going to trading standards.
