My very first order with this company and it will be my last!
Many items missing from my order and others were wrong (eg. Wrong flavour sent)
No communication on email sent, tried to ring, no answer

I made an order with them and it arrived in the specified time, however two items were missing and a couple of them were completely wrong. I contacted them via email straight away within a day someone did reply but asked for all the details again. I explained that I had already given them photos of what I had received and what was missing. I never heard back from them after that and have attempted to contract them many times
This is really bad and will never shop with them again!!

Ordered 4 items received 1. Not answering emails, calls, or dm’s on their instagram account. Scam company that needs to be investigated

Purchased next day delivery, it took over a keep to arrive. No tracking details for the delivery and no responses at all form customer service! I would never recommend this place

Unfortunately I ordered without checking the reviews. I ordered two items, but one of them was incorrect. I have tried contacting them but have not received any response. Terrible customer service. Will have to request a refund through my bank.

Order arrived with one wrong item and another item missing altogether! Emailed them but never got a response! Bunch of thieves, will not be ordering from them again

I should have read the reviews. Only sent half the order then ignored my emails. Having to go through bank to get a refund.

Like most others I placed an order that never arrived. No response to emails or messages. Would definitely recommend others avoid giving this company any more money.

They would have got full marks if only they responded to the email asking where my missing item was.

Can’t fault the rest of the order but just feels like they are skimming items off the top to make more profit for less product from reading the other reviews. They have obviously not learned anything from the numerous one star reviews (which I honestly wish I’d checked before ordering).

But get the basics right - if you mess up an order and a customer emails about it at least respond.

Didn’t read the reviews before ordering so was doubtful my order would even arrive… Emailed twice asking for a tracking number…No reply. Order eventually turned up today 2 weeks after ordering but probably wouldn’t use again

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Absolutely awful Company. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before I ordered and as with many other people I only receive part of the order and the other part was incorrect. A complete rip off. They haven’t responded to any of my emails asking to rectify my order or refund me. Companies like this shouldn’t be allowed to operate. I’m going to be contacting my bank to ask for a charge back.

I placed an order with them, it was missing about 10 items. I have messaged them multiple times about this issue. And haven’t received an email or any form of response from them. I am now escalating my issue with trading standards.

Ordered from this company twice and let down both times. Missing item the first time which was 1 can so I asked for a refund and got it. The next time was 24 cans of mountain dew. Sent them a video showing that I had a small box delivered with some of my order but was checked off that it was all there. One reply from customer service to say it was in a spilt order and would be delivered by Tuesday. Gave them until friday so a full week since i complained. Nothing turned up. I have emailed 3 more times with no response. This company needs shutting down.

Shocking customer service, items were not delivered and it was not sent through next day delivery - had one singular reply from the customer service which was a lie stating my order was shipped in two parts. 0 stars would be given if I could

Should have read or checked here first, used previously a few times with no issues but lately only issues so won't be using them again. Issues with my order, over a week later and zero replies to my emails to customer support. Avoid now

Made a £70 order because I was missing home but only received one item from that order. Wrote to them asking about the rest of my order they said they would send it soon. Soon became never and they would no longer answer my emails about it. I would never buy from this company if I were you. Unless you just like throwing away your money.

Missing £10 cupcakes from my order, but customer service replied once then ghosted me.

Not the first time I have ordered from American candy.
Both experiences have been an issue. Not all items in order, wrong items received. No one answers the emails. Called and got put through to someone who said they would call back in 15 minutes and still waiting 2 weeks later. Avoid!

Worst experience! First they lied when the order was being shipped out. Then AFTER it had been shipped I got a notification email that half my order had been refunded because it was out of stock and now I received the 6 cans of root beer, they are dented AF and they all expire TOMORROW! This order was a birthday gift and because it's come last minute, despite me ordering well in advance, I'm now without a gift or anytime to find a replacement. I'm so angry!

Hmm...I do like the selection on this site, and have ordered in the past with no issues. Unfortunately this time one of my items was missing, and getting in touch doesn't seem to bring any results. I've had no response from the team whatsoever, despite messaging twice, so customer service is poor. Keeping it on the back burner, but will probably shop elsewhere from now on.
