Wouldn’t Recommend
Clearly I should have read up about this company before I ordered!
I placed my order on 17/11/25.
After chasing it up on the 24th, they told me they were ready to be posted.
Later that day, they got back in touch to say that two of my items were out of stock and I’d be refund for them.
My order finally arrived on December 5th, with the incorrect missing items!
Really annoyingly, after they told me they couldn’t include two of the items, I ordered them from somewhere else.
They were quick to reply with a rather rude email. No apology in the slightest.
I’m aware Christmas is a busy time, but this is why I ordered mid November! I also made a point that they were actually for my Daughter’s Advent Calendar.
I would not recommend this company.

Buyer beware!!
I placed an order on Sept. 13 and nearly a month later, I've still not received the order nor have I had any communication from them. I've tried getting in touch with them via their site's webform, email, FB messenger and by telephone, which is no longer in service. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back by going through my bank for a "charge back." Their FB is full of comments from others who have also been scammed by this company. I definitely would not recommend.

My first order with this company will also be my last.
I got an email from Sam whilst my order was being packed saying some items were out of stock, I asked for some other items instead.
However a large number of other items were missing from my delivery, yet they were slow to resolve the issue and wouldn’t immediately replace or refund. Instead, I was made to wait for a boss to get involved (Tina) and was made to send photos of everything I did receive and even describe how the parcels were packed (as if I’d remember), and made to feel as if their mistake was somehow my problem, or as if I was somehow lying about it. Customers should never be put through that just to prove items weren’t sent.
I never got a clear answer as to why my order wasn’t fulfilled, nor did I receive an apology or replacement of the items - I didn’t get the items I needed for an event due to their refusal to promptly replace the missing items which added further disappointment.
In the end I had to go through PayPal to get my money back and never have I had so much difficulty obtaining a refund for items a company failed to send in the first place.
They also trade under different names (American Fizz / American Sweets), both of which have poor reviews. I would strongly recommend avoiding them. I wish I had looked them up before ordering as I can see they regularly provide poor service.
Awful company
Awful company. Lie that items are sent. Two weeks and I'm still waiting for my order. Paid for 48 hour delivery. Never answer emails.

All arrived quickly, well packaged and correct.
I only knocked off a star because there was no order confirmation email sent soon as I ordered. I did receive one soon as my order was dispatched along with a tracking number through FedEx. My order arrived all present and correct, also really well packaged and in immaculate condition. I emailed the address on the website and received responses to my queries right away! I'd say don't be put off with all the negative reviews! I'll order again soon!

Poor company
Poor company. No customer service little wonder there is no phone number. I ordered some sweets and they took my money and I got no confirmation email. Sent them an email and they no longer had what I wanted I was offered exchange or refund. I am still waiting the refund and emails are going unanswered.

Phone number:your call has been forwarded to american..... straight to voicemail.
Email is a no reply and bounces back. The bounceback message is if you need to get in touch contact us at 'no-reply....' lol.
I've contacted paypal and filed an immediate fraud case.
Where the hell is the customer service…
Where the hell is the customer service for this company, the only way to contact them on their website is through a no reply email address, seems like a right scam and I've spent £40 on things I ordered almost a week ago now and still not received any confirmation, seems like they just want to take your money and not bother sending you anything. I'd avoid this company like the plague.

I am absolutely shocked and discusted with what I received first off I payed next day delivery and waited 8 days!! I ordered a mystery box for £30 and got a tiny amount of sweets that basically has been left on the shelf that no one else wanted. Altogether I have ordered over £70 worth of your items and received maybe £15 worth of goods altogether including all the squashed cakes I received I am extreamly upset with this company.
Don't stress over the bad reviews
So placed an order, expected next day delivery. But turns out I just chose fed ex. Anyways I read the reviews and started to panic, and messaged them. That same day they made sure my parcel was on the FedEx crate getting shipped. All the products arrived EXTREMELY well packaged and secured. Highly recommend the lays sour cream and cheese Crisps and fanta tropical.
I came in a little aggressive to be honest in my message. Which I do regret to be honest, I mean the response wasn't the best either. Seemed rather heated in my opinion our conversation. So if anything that area of customer service needs a bit of improvement. But! After all the effort they went through to get my parcel out the day we spoke. I forgive them and apologise on my behalf. Well worth the order and cheaper than my local American sweet shop, have a MASSIVE selection of products too and even have a discount section. Will 100% order from here again
Zero customer service
Spend your hard earned money elsewhere, this company has no customer service what so ever, ordered a few times but never needed to contact them, my latest order was missing an item and many things out of date within a couple of days. Contacted them and they just don't care, said it was all there but it simply wasn't, refused any refund for missing item and they wouldn't send another either.
Non existent customer service
One of the worst customer service experiences from start to finish.
- Late shipment.
- Missing Items
- Random refund for missing items but no comms to confirm why or what the refund was for.
- Chasing missing items I've not received a refund or comms for nearly 3 weeks.
Needless to say I won't be using them again, but as a matter of principle I want my items or a refund.
Use at your own risk, but if I were you, I would search for an alternative supplier.
Great company
Made a big order, everything was in package. Really well packed, came quickly and good customer service. Very happy will be ordering again 😊
Customer service failure
As a long term repeat customer I am totally disappointed in the lack of response regarding a missing item from shipment. I've written no less than 3 emails to their support without a single acknowledgement. Will be seeking alternative sourcing for American products or will do without. A real shame as I had recommended site to other ex-Pats and will be informing them of the shabby treatment.
Fine by me!
Used them twice for Kens honey mustard dressing. Turned up reasonably quickly and the product was absolutely fine. Just a shame it's out of stock for now but all In all no complaints from me
Take the bad reviews with a pinch of salt
Was a little nervous after reading the bad reviews but my experience was absolutely perfect. I'm obsessed with sour patch kids so I ordered 6 different flavors that you don't normally find in the uk and they came really well wrapped in just a few days. Will definitely be ordering again!
Choose elsewhere. I wish I had.
Order was sent relatively quickly, however all of the order was heat damaged and extremely sticky. And this definitely wasn't a little bit heat damaged during shipping, this is full on every lolly is misshapen and most of the hard part of the lolly has turned gooey and soft, which makes me think this is sustained heat damage over months. Tried to contact customer service about it and was totally ignored.
Listen to the other reviews and choose elsewhere. I wish I had.
