Grabbed some snacks because I was feeling homesick and wanted some home comforts. Extremely disappointed to find that not only was an item completely missing, but the Pringles I ordered were completely smashed to dust. I get they're a "fragile chip" but if I were selling something fragile, I might wrap them up in something other than some loose paper. Emailed them to tell them my order was missing one of the sodas I ordered. Haven't heard back at all. Would rate 0 stars if I could and definitely not buying from here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order 13th July. I had no email with a tracking number as I was told I would.
Waited a week and a half after numerous emails it finally turned up, but with items missing! I have since sent 2 more emails. No contact number and no FB page to try to contact. Can see why, as they'd be inundated with complaints. Wish I'd read reviews first! Will not order again! Absolutely shocking customer service.

Like 99% of the numerous reviews I have read.. Avoid this company at all costs. I find it hard to believe how they are still allowed to trade with such a negative customer feedback.

Ordered 10 items, 2 items were missing. Emailed over 5 days ago, no email response. Looked on their Instagram page, of course it says they 'don't respond to direct messages'. I called the number on the website, constantly goes to voicemail, which you can't leave a message as the inbox is FULL.. I wonder why?!

Paid £5.99 for next day delivery. Items received 3 days later. Absolutely appalling company.

This is the second time I had ordered from this company. Both times I had items missing. The first time I put this down to the busy Christmas period and was refunded the value of the missing items.

I ordered over £70 worth of candy for a birthday present in July. Received a small box with half of my order missing. There was a 2/2 written on the box so I messaged them asking if there was a second delivery. They asked what had/hadn't been delivered. And then crickets - no additional delivery made and no response to my messages. So I am having to do a charge back on my credit card.
After looking at reviews, this seems to be common place for them. Would recommend that people do not use their services

Half the items arrived after a long wait. Currently trying to get refund through PayPal. No reply from company. One of the worst company's ever dealt with!

Sent me OUT OF DATE products. Not happy to pay for these but they’re outright ignoring any emails.

I placed an order took a while to arrive and to my disappointment when my order arrived it wasn't what I ordered , I sent 6 emails before they responded,they said my item was out of stock so they sent something else!
Have asked for a refund but have been ghosted since

I brought a 12 pack of soda they took forever to arrive and when they eventually arrived they was all separate cans just thrown in a box not in a multipack box like in the photo and they are all out of date in 2 months

Same as everyone else. I wish I checked the reviews before I placed an order. Its a SCAM! several items missing and contacted them several times no response.

First order went through ok,albeit it took two weeks to arrive.

Second order, half the items were missing. They refunded the cheapest item but have not refunded or replaced the rest of the order despite being reached out to numerous times online.

Awful- do not trust these guys. I placed an expensive order for a special gift and they only sent half the items. This appears to be their business model- rip people off and then ignore them. Wish I had read the reviews as this has happened too often (all the time!). How can they get away with this? Other online sellers woukd be stopped but these guys have been fiddling their customers for years. AVOID

SCAM. My son saved a bit of pocket money to place an order. It took longer than expected to arrive but me was really looking forward to it. Half the items were missing. Sent a complaint and raised a dispute and heard nothing back at all. Disgusting company.

I wish I checked the reviews first! Spent alot, first parcel went missing, resent only received a few items, no returned calls, stopped replying to my emails, have refund some of the missing items but not all!! Definitely not worth the hassle very disappointed

Ordered in January 2025 (can only go back a year on trust pilot), and when I received it, there was a note inside saying something was out of stock, and I'd be refunded.

I emailed them after opening for an update, as I didn't get any refund. Few days later, I realized a few things were missing. Emailed again.

We're now on an 11 chain email from January 2025, they replied ONCE with a generic acknowledgement in April 2026 lmao, so I've sent a few since.

I'd actually ordered on clearpay and had to pay the full amount as clearpay couldn't get in touch with them either, lmao! No idea how these cowboys are still up, report, report, report!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. Unfortunately the reviews don’t appear when you search for them so didn’t see all these negative comments. Ordered 3 items for a birthday gift, only 2 arrived. Over the space of 3 days i emailed 4 times, filled in the contact form, messaged on Instagram and tried to call twice with zero response. They have now refunded me but no explanation or apology. Absolutely awful service would never use again.

I made my order 2 weeks ago. Says it was dispatched, but not given a tracking number.
I have emailed numerous times yet no response and of course no delivery, I made a £35 order, so it’s a bit of money to possibly lose in this day. Avoid this stupid company, I’ve had to request a chargeback from the bank. Awful experience.

I ordered several things. One of the packages of sweets was completely missing from the order, and one of the packages of crisps was ripped at the base, causing the box to have crumbs in it and the crisps themselves to be stale. I wrote to customer service to request a refund for the sweets I hadn't received and for the ripped crisps to be either replaced or refunded. Customer service responded, requesting a photograph of the crisps, and then saying they would refund the crisps. Never once acknowledging that their fulfillment had failed. I agreed to the refund for the crisps and asked about the sweets and was never replied to again.

Unfortunately just like every review here I did not receive half my order, iv emailed them 3 times now and not received any response! Shocking company to deal with, will definitely not be ordering again and will check reviews beforehand.

REQUIRED THE PRODUCTS FOR A 4TH JULY EVENT.
HAD BEEN TOLD THEY HAD BEEN DISPATCHED AND WERE WITH COURIER. I AM STILL WAITING AND STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS THAT I HAVE SENT. OUT OF POCKET AND TOTALLY LET DOWN!!!!!!
