This course is a wonderful spiritual and inner growth opportunity and also give you very practical tools and advice to start your business. What drew me to Sophie was her enthusiasm and practical approach. I joined the course because I have always been curious about my spirituality and always felt the call to help people. Through the course of 5 months you go on a structured journey of self discovery, understanding how you are moving through life. The awaken team is always available to you. A wide range of both spiritual and very practical topics are covered, always professionally presented and clearly explained. You are lovingly given practical tools to implement in your daily life and guided through all the process with periodic check-ins and personalized support. Your cohort fellow students will soon become your new support network and you will meet amazing like minded people that are always happy to interact and give you advice. I am more grounded and self-aware and feel more empowered moving through life. You can only become a better version of yourself embarking on this journey!

A Life-Changing Experience

This retreat was one of the most powerful and transformative experiences of my life.

After completing L1 and L2, I knew there was something more waiting for me. When this opportunity appeared, I felt an electric pull to say yes—even though leaving my boys, flying alone, and stepping so far outside my comfort zone felt scary.

When I arrived, I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. I was about to spend three days with ten women I knew on a soul-deep level, yet knew very little about in their everyday lives. That uncertainty disappeared almost immediately. The energy, smiles, laughter, and genuine soul connection made it feel as though we had all been together before.

I felt completely safe, seen, supported, and accepted. The entire experience was deeply healing and rejuvenating. It brought me back to the woman I was before I became a shell of myself—joyful, courageous, spontaneous, expressive, and happy.

The light codes I received awakened something powerful within me. I returned home with renewed creativity, clarity, confidence, freedom, peace, and joy. I began sharing my voice publicly, creating programs I had dreamed about for years, and fully claiming my purpose: to hold space for people to safely express themselves.
This retreat did not make me someone new. It helped me remember who I have always been.

If you feel the pull to attend, trust it. You do not need to feel completely ready or fearless. Come exactly as you are. The woman waiting for you on the other side of your yes is worth meeting.

Where should I start?
I loved the combination of input, knowledge, personal experiences, meditations, and the chance to let it all sink in.
Especially the "Golden Light Chamber" brought me to tears because I felt so much love from head to toe. My heart was activated to spread a new era of love: golden love. I am deeply grateful for that experience.
I now know what to align with and how to focus on my future self. Before Sophie's Lion's Gate course, I didn't really know what I was asking for or what I truly wanted to become.
I can feel the path now. As I feel the golden light within me, I also acknowledge my shadows—the ones that held me back, but are now ready to be seen and felt.

My Ascension Mastermind Lions Gate retreat experience as incredible!
I did not know what to expect and what I experienced was far more than I could have ever imagined.
I am so grateful that I said yes to join the Ascension Mastermind and grateful that I could fly to attend the Lion’s Gate Ascension Retreat in person.
What was activated is hard to put into words.

My favourite parts of the retreat were being together, being in a sacred safe space, the one on one conversations with Sophie and the other women in the mastermind. The feeling of being able to look into each others eyes and connect on a deep soul level.
To be able to hug each other and really feel the unconditional love radiate from each person!
Being able to meet some of the members that I have developed a deep connection with from Level 2 and finally meet in person! WOW!
To be able to visit the Awaken headquarters and the crystal shop in person was amazing!
All of the time we spent together was time I wanted to freeze in time, to really absorb and bask in our unity and connection.

The Lions Gate is a time of year like no other. It draws us to move through blocks and manifest a life that has been calling to us. The Lions Gate program Sophie designed gave me a path to access this special energy with love and grace. Sophie has been working within this energy for years and what she put together for us was so well thought through fueled by years of experience and easy to digest. She pours her heart into helping us help ourselves. She has done the work on herself and knows the pain, the fear, the blocks we go through because she has moved through it all herself.We are the ones who know we need to come back to ourselves and that there is so much healing we can call in especially this time of year. The Lions Gate program took me to depths within myself I have been yearning for and opened me to connecting with the Divine and healing myself on so many levels. The energy has shifted in my house, environment but most importantly within myself.

It helped me enhance my spiritual knowledge and capabilities, create awareness for self and that of others and be grounded and routed in the truth of Mother Giaia and Universal magical realms

The Lion’s Gate is one of my favorites.

It’s a powerful portal in August, arriving at a time when so much energy is already moving.

Kids are preparing to return to school.
Summer is beginning its transition.
The seasons are preparing to change.

For me, the energy of the Lion’s Gate has heightened my intuition and encouraged me to listen more deeply to my inner voice—even when I don’t yet understand why.

Trusting.
Acting.
Then allowing the understanding to come.

It’s faith in action.

There is something powerful about following an inner knowing before the entire path has been revealed.

Taking the step.
Following the nudge.
Allowing the light codes to do their work.

Sometimes the path isn’t newly created.

Maybe it was always there.

We simply needed enough light to finally see it.

The experience has been phenomenal!
What fascinates me is that i stumbled on this awakening experience by “coincidence”. I was in a phase where I’ve experienced complete stillness, emptiness, it felt like a void, and I was starting to enjoy it honestly. Until I checked my Instagram and the second video was Sophie. I checked it because I was curious, it resonated with me. At first, it was uncomfortable, but that made me more curious, because I realized that what you're saying makes sense, but there’s the mind that tells me to go back to comfort (disguised as a gut feeling hahahaha).
I feel it. I feel that the experience has changed my life, from the inside and soon from the outside 🥰
I loved how intense it was, I felt held. I felt seen. I felt loved. I felt home.
To tell you how good it was: after my first meditation with Sophie, the thought of me calling 911 because I felt so good got me laughing out loud, and actually that helped me stabilizing my frequency and the codes. Every day was a different moment to heal and reconnect with your higher self. It was such an honor. I’m looking forward to seeing all of you.

I purchased the Lion’s gate portal immersion course. It’s full of juicy wisdom from Sophie. I enjoyed the journaling and the meditations. I’ve been feeling the energies strongly this year and having this course has helped me anchor into a more grounded state to hold these energies. So grateful, thank you Sophie.

I feel like I am vibrating more than I ever have. I am so grateful I took this course. Before I have even completed it, I realized what's been holding me back. It's hard to put into words how incredible and activated I feel. I know this course has awakened something in me. My intuition feels stronger and my perspective on challenges have changed.

I am thankful for this opportunity to understand better why I am here. Though I must admit that I didn’t expect the questions and reflections to run so deep as they still do. I see now how much work there is to be done, to heal myself completely, even if it’s just to be able to clear my bloodline.
Even if I liked the meditations and the information videos, it felt and still feels somehow overwhelming. The amount of information flooding my system was quite intense and led to severe tiredness and some difficulties balancing private live and work.
My recommendation for all future participants that are highly sensitive like me, is to take time off from work while you do this. You’re going to need it for meditation, reflections and so on. This information really deserves time to settle and it’s easier to take it all in, if you can take your time with it from the start.
This Lions Gate Portal Immersion helped me to see the areas that need more work and made me understand my behavioural patterns in a new way. I am starting to see myself even more clearly. It is exciting to be a part of this work, as it will change a great deal across future and past generations. I hope more people will start doing the work and that the community is growing and spreading light and love.

The Lions gate journey has been more than I thought it would be. I have upgraded my frequency feeling more alive, lighter, responding to challenges differently and I have a lot more energy to do things. My mind feels clearer and I feel connected to something bigger than me and ontop of all of that I have learnt that I am not alone in many things I have felt most my life and I have chosen to be here at this time for a reason.

This is the second event I've taken from Sophie and every event always gives me new insights and guidance into my own path. The meditations are wonderful, however you need to set aside enough time as some are 20+ minutes.

I absolutely love Sophie. I have watched her with her daughter and that's what drew me into her class. The meditations were wonderful! I love the questions too. Helps me disect what I'm intending.

This was a powerful portal of clearing and activation into truth. I left feeling deeply powerful, clear, aligned, activated, and initiated.

The Lions Gate Immersion exceeded expectations. Worksheets, masterclasses, meditations, activations... It was such a juicy and powerful little course to take advantage of the Lion's gate portal energies in very a tangible, effective, and guided way.
