The people at Award Blinds are awesome. I had a ton of questions and they responded quickly. In fact once over a weekend and they responded immediately. I was shocked. The blinds they had made are perfect. They fit perfectly and are of great quality at a price I could afford. All around a fantastic company to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Award blinds exceeded my expectations in every possible way. The product was better than advertised. Shipping, packaging and delivery time was fantastic. The only thing that was better is their customer support. They return calls and emails almost immediately and always have a solution or suggestion to help. I would buy again from them in a heartbeat.

What a great company to work with. Their customer service team answered questions via email quickly before I ordered my Roman Shades which helped me to feel comfortable that I was ordering the exact size shades. The quality of the shades are top notch, as a matter of fact my contractor said they looked really “high end”. Although they don’t make side panels they mentioned that they can sell the material by the yard. Their customer service team again came through with assisting promptly to my questions about yards to order. I was able to track the status of the shipment through an email they sent to me. My old shades were 22 years old. I needed six new shades (so they all matched). I researched quite a few places for room darkening shades. Award Blinds were the cheapest. I installed them myself (64 year old women). The quality is awesome!! No tax and free shipping was a huge bonus, too! I am a very happy customer!!

I followed the measuring guidelines exactly and the shades were manufactured perfectly. There is little room for error so take your time and measure twice. We really like the quality of the shades and have no initial concerns. We purchased premium cellular shades, (one day/night) (2 top down bottom up) and 2 standard along with a designer roller shade.

We love the day/night shade and the tdbu function on the others. Lots of natural light to the home while maintaining complete privacy. Just what we were wanting.

I received a call from customer service after hours today to make sure I was happy with their product and to address any of my concerns. It was refreshing to speak with someone that genuinely cares about their company. Top notch.

The installation instructions sent with the product come directly from the manufacturer. I recommend that you use the online instructions available at Award Blinds.

Our one hiccup was linking the motorized shade to the remote. Just make sure you have a paperclip available to select the reset button on the motor and the confirm button on the remote. They are small.

I've spoken with customer service reps from Blinds.com, Select Blinds, Blindster, Just Blinds and several others in this process. Award Blinds was the only company that provided me with honest and accurate information and made the buying experience simple. Additionally, you can't beat the value.

Ordered 7 sets of wood blinds. They fit perfectly and we love them! They even arrived a week earlier than expected! Great experience.

The customer service is amazing and the quality of their products is excellent. I accidentally gave an incorrect shipping address. Their customer service had them reshipped to me at no additional cost. The blinds are well made and fit perfectly!

From the very beginning, Award Blinds has provided excellent customer service, responding to all emails within hours. The quality of the shades we purchased was better than expected and quality wonderful! We did make a mistake when measuring so had three blinds that were too small, so when I contacted them, they very graciously provided the new blinds at a discounted price. The quality of the blinds & the prompt service. I ordered them & they were delivered in about a week & a half. They had complete instructions & were not difficult to install.

We built a new home; needed 7 sets of blinds. Ordered free samples from HDepot and AwardBlinds. Samples came free and quickly from both. Ordered 2 sets from each, even though AwardBlinds prices were nearly 1/2 price of HDepot. We had a gift card from HDepot. Both sets of blinds also came fairly quickly and both were nice. BUT the blinds from AwardBlinds were SO much easier to install from my husband's installation. Needless to say, the remaining sets of blinds needed were ordered from AwardBlinds. They come packaged nicely, delivery was quick and the cost was 1/2 of HDepot! Ordering them on their website was pretty straight forward and easy also. I got exactly what I ordered each time and there was no shipping fee either. Thank you for an excellent product & experience all the way around.

My cellular cordless blinds arrived on time, were very well packed, and a snap to install. Couldn't be happier. I recommend AwardBlinds to those needing quality blinds at a reasonable price.

I purchased 2 cellular shades, top-down and bottom-up. Both are electric drive with remote control. They arrived quickly and without damage. Easy to install and easy to program the remote. After 6 months, one shade over-travelled at the top, made a loud popping noise and neither rail would work afterwards. I emailed AwardBlinds and they promptly replaced it, free of charge. Not only did they quickly replace the faulty shade, but they did so without challenging me or trying to deny my claim. They also included a charger and a new remote controller that was not necessary. The prompt and courteous response to my problem is not so common in our world anymore. Thank you for your great product, and for your greater warranty and actions behind that warranty!!

Ordered Premium 3/4" Single Cell Filtering Shades - 2 on 1 headrail for the back sliding door. We lift both blinds up a couple of feet from the ground...just enough for the dogs to look out and use the doggie door. This way we keep most of the Florida sun out during the day while allowing the dogs to enjoy the yard/view. Ordering the 2-on-1 rail was the best decision as it made installation a breeze. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and decision to use AwardBlinds!!!

The blinds I purchased are just as described. I ordered Glacier Gray, beautiful color that enhances the colors of our rug and the room.
Recieved blinds sooner than predicted. We lost one of the valance clips and the company is replacing it at no cost to us. Great customer service! I will order from this company in the future and would highly recommend them.

Award Blinds is the best company to work with. The website is easy to use. Directions are thorough and easy to understand, but most of all the quality of their products are beyond compare. The support team is great and very helpful! If you can read a tape measure, you can order beautiful, functional window treatments! They will have many more purchases from me in their future!

I have ordered 3 times from award blinds and never a problem until my order I got a few days ago they sent me 30x16 blinds and when I contacted them management was very rude and disrespectful and refused to replace my order and said it was my fault the manager raised her voice to me and that set me off they took my money and I have blinds I can't use I will never order from them again and I wood rate their company as garbage and their management also so beware if you don't want to be ripped off by them don't order blinds from them, most companies stand behind their product but not themI rate them 0

I have ordered twice from award blinds, shades for 8 windows. High quality products at great prices. One blind had little glitch and company was prompt with dealing with it. I will order again, told my dd about them and she has ordered too.

I have ordered from Award Blinds on two separate occasions. Once for my bathroom and kitchen window and second for my family room which has four windows. I absolutely love the quality of the blinds, they are made made very will. They look beautiful in my home and they were super easy to install. The price was very reasonable as well. I had spoken to customer service multiple times on ordering my blinds and they were very kind, helpful and attentive. They even called me to review and confirm my order. I will be finishing off the rest of my home windows with Award Blinds. I highly, highly, highly recommend ordering from Award Blinds!!!!
