Positive Experience! Easy online ordering. Delivery time was reasonable. Made with sturdy materials. Ordered the one-inch wood blinds. AwardBlinds worked their magic with the dimensions sent and the fit, look and working blinds look beautiful. The set-up instructions were easy to follow. I purchased 2 7' solar blinds a year ago and absolutely loved them. Delivered in a timely manner; perfectly packed. All parts included; made to order; installed easily. Then one broke and I requested a replacement. They said No Problem; still under warranty; 10-12 days to produce. Not only did they replace 1, but BOTH blinds and delivered within 5 days! The custom blinds I ordered arrived promptly and were perfect, however what was very impressive was the customer service I received with any concerns I might have had.

I recently ordered my very first sets of custom blinds and was somewhat nervous about doing everything online. I had nothing to be nervous about! The instructions on measuring were very clear and any concerns I had after ordering were addressed quickly. Alexa's customer service was great! The blinds arrived a week early and were very easy to install. They look fabulous in our home and I am pleased with the quality and the price.

Ordered the Zebra roller shades in gray. Really very easy installation for anyone with basic skills and the recommended tools. Once installed, it was a WOW!
What a remarkable change in our breakfast nook area.

I ordered 4 blinds. I’ve ordered blinds before but not through this company. I KNOW a how to submit the correct sizes. All the blinds fit the windows perfect, so therefor I ordered the right sizes. The valances came waaaaay too short. When I contacted them with 3 different problems they blamed me for ordering the wrong size! Ummmm you don’t order the valance they make it to fit for you. They were rude in the email response… now mind you the hardware SHOWS on top with the valance on. It should cover the hardware… you see the metal clamps….they said I should have ordered a wrap around…. Ok these are INSIDE mounting. I don’t need wrap around. I sent pictures of all the problems and they wanted more pictures and not sent the way I sent them, I had specific orders to send them as an attachment and not in line…. One blind is completely crooked. They then sent me instructions how to fix it.. ok we have to now fix our own blind…… one side was completely lower than the other. By now we were so fed up with it my husband took it apart and had to fix it- nothing to the way they instructed us to do. The valance rubs the wand… I have NEVER ever had a wand that rubs the valance. They said this is normal. I would reconsider this company! Sometimes cheaper isn’t always better. I knew I should have went with the other company I went through 7 yrs ago… we had one blind messed up and no questions asked- they sent us a new blind…. You get what you pay for!
***** 3/11/2022***** update… the company contacted us by phone and worked things out. We did get a replacement blind for the broken one and we got a new valance for the other one just the other day. It fits perfect now. I’m not sure whyyyyy they cut the original one so short. You could see the brackets straight on, now you don’t. This is how it should have been cut in the first place.
This company is the “middle man” so please take that into consideration as well.
Once the gentleman spoke with my husband and worked things out it was handled in a professional manner. So thank you for all your help!

Ordered 7 different custom sized Roman shades for our RV. The order came in sooner than expected and we are very pleased with the appearance. All measurements were perfect and the look of the fabric is better than we expected. I'm sure we will be ordering from them again!

This company provided exactly what I needed in a timely manner and at a better price than similar blinds from other online retailers. When I had some issues during installation, their customer service was above and beyond anything I could have expected. I would purchase from them again or recommend without hesitation!

We ordered one blind to start, just to make sure it would fit and was easy to hang. It was very well made and fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the blinds got dropped and 2 of the slats chipped. I called the company and asked if they could recommend a putty that worked on faux. They told me they were sending out a new blind as a one time courtesy. That is great customer service and we'll definitely be ordering more for the rest of our windows.

The blinds I custom ordered looked and fit well but I was very unhappy with the tilt feature which I found awkward and difficult to adjust to my liking. Feeling I was most likely stuck with them I called the Company to see if anything could be done. I was surprised and very relieved they could offer me a solution thru their OOP'S option. It was affordable and the customer service rep. was so helpful in guiding me thru the re-order process.
Though they don't take blinds back, suggestions on what I could do were well taken. From beginning to end my experience with this company was just the best.

My wood blinds are gorgeous and fit perfectly. Easy to install, colors were exactly what I ordered. Love the fabric tape color fits the room nicely.

I have been a residential contractor of homes for over 42 yrs and have used Awardblinds.com more than once. The process on the website is very user friendly. They have a great selection and good fair prices which I have found are lower than other sights I have visited. The blind-to-order fit perfectly! Customer/owner was greatly impressed with looks and ease of installation. I don't always review products I purchase on- line but I appreciate a company that has a quick turnaround and has great quality and good prices. You can't beat them for window blinds.

I am so glad I found this company. Top notch customer service and great web site. I just received my 1st electric smart blind and have it hooked up to google home. The quality ofnthe blinds is superb. I placed my order for the 2 more blinds today.

The website is extremely well designed and helpful, pricing is extremely competitive, the selection of styles and colors is massive. Alexa spent several hours and several phone calls helping me with numerous details in selecting the exact blinds for my new custom home under construction (it has unusual design complications). The packaging and delivery went smoothly. 16 of 17 blinds now fit like a glove, are of excellent quality and appearance. One blind has a small tensioning issue from the factory, I have received over the top support in getting it resolved. In dealing with hundreds of building people over the past 2 years I give award blinds a Top Award :)

I did not make an error measuring and being called "untruthful" is the same type of response I was getting when I let them know the blind I received was not what I ordered. Award blinds was making it so difficult making my order right I gave up.. not worth all the trouble.. I think they count on that.. Use extreme caution if using this company. If you buy it you're done. My blind arrived warped and shorter then I requested. When I reached out I met with defensive, unhelpful customer service. Photos were requested and when I sent them they asked for more. The effort was time consuming so I gave up and tossed the blind. There is such heavy competition with window options, use someone else and save yourself the grief.

We just received the two roller shades that we had ordered. We have installed them and couldn't be happier! The fit was perfect and the quality was great. Also, the packaging was excellent. This was our first order and we will be ordering more.
