A small company that went above and beyond with keeping us updated on our beautiful maps arrival. They were honest from the start and apologised for not responding to a query as they were overwhelmed but had sent our parcel and done everything in their power to get it to us on time, which they did managed.
Very rare to have a company be so honest and open and apologise for things both inside and outside their control without provocation.
Super happy with our maps- they’re absolutely beautiful, looking forward to maybe getting some towels now!

I know Awesome have had some delivery issues recently, and I have to admit I did have a bit of a rant before mine arrived just in time. The issue seemed out of thier control, and they did keep in contact throughout. They weren't happy either apparently, but these things happen. As for the product..absolutely fantastic, and the company ethos is wonderful. I know from running my own business that sometimes things go a bit wrong, but they tried their best. I'll definitely be buying again, and recommending Awesome.

Ordered 5 of these towels late November as gifts for kids and godchildren and no sign of them despite guaranteed shipping. Super disappointing.

Ordered online because there was guaranteed pre Christmas delivery.

Nothing has arrived!

Wrote six emails to Sara over the last 72hrs and not on response. Zero customer service, failure to respond to emails nor deliver on the promise.

All I received was a phishing email, with dodgy links. So in summary, paid in full plus for express delivery and all I’ve received is a phishing email and not one decent communication from the Company, other than they have my money.

A very frustrating and unreasonable outcome.

Bucket list towel was listed as regular shipping from Victoria, Australia. Item was actually sent from the Netherlands. Order was placed on the 4/12/2023, 19 days later and the item still hasn’t left the Netherlands. Extremely slow processing time and even slower postage. Logistics side of this business is definitely not “Awesome”

Ordered for Christmas and just received a long winded email which reads just like a scammers email saying I might be another of the 5% of orders that don’t make it - email was ridiculous and really makes me look like I have been scammed and then today I gat another email saying ‘my package has arrived at a nearby pick up point’ and I should pick it up - delivery is meant to be to me and I’m not clicking on the “info’ box as this seems even more like a scam.
Expensive product, which may / may not arrive, and all correspondence appears in the same manner as a scam - would avoid (although product idea is good) - giving benifit of doubt with 2 stars in case they get act together

Ordered a beach towel with guaranteed delivery before Christmas, only to receive some long email now explaining that my delivery is "at risk". Not cool! Don't accept orders if you don't have the organisational set-up to process them! At a minimum, please send an updated delivery time/date!

Still showing "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" despite writing to me with two long whingey emails about how sorry they are and how all of their 'awesome customers' are so understanding - Well I am not understanding. I checked with 'Awesome Maps 'that there was a guaranteed delivery before Christmas and now it appears that I am in the 'unlucky 5%' - Yeah right!- Along with the other 95%!! How I wish that I had checked the other reviews about very, poor, ver late delivery services - Offering a gift card picture of the product as a download is rather lame. I like to support creative and small businesses, but this is has been disappointing - Back to AMAZON for my next purchase!

Hi I'm posting a review to say that I finally got my towels. It took a long time but they had to clear customs. To be honest I was losing patience but the company came through. For microfibre towels they are pretty big so I am happy with my purchases. Thanks so much.

I ordered bucket list towels for Christmas on 27 November. Before placing an order, I contacted Awesome Maps and asked if they would arrive in time in New Zealand. They advised all towels were sent from Australia and would easily get to me in NZ. My order was finally sent from Amsterdam about two weeks after I placed it and now it's seemingly somewhere in transit. This is my first ever order from this company. It's really disappointing after I'd checked before ordering. I'm still hoping the order might arrive in time. Very poor service from Awesome Maps.

The worst ever experience. I requested my order cancellation and refund a few times , nobody contacted me to process my request. Need to understand how I can get my money back, who else I need to contact, what is the complaint process. Avoid dealing with this company

When I ordered this Bucket List beach towel, it was written that estimated delivery would be THIS week. As I check Tracking, it doesn't appear to have left overseas yet! This is VERY disappointing. I didn't realize this is an OVERSEAS company. Awesome-maps, please confirm with me that my gift will arrive, AT ALL!!
UPDATE: I was personally contacted by Awesome-maps and they are actively rectifying the situation. I look forward to seeing the results. Kudos to them for reaching out to me.

Ordered on 20th November, no towel and no guarantee they will arrive in time for Christmas, not even in the country yet!
Eventually arrived today, 16th December. Thanks

I ordered 2 different towels, the dive map and the bucketlist map. It's awesome. So many friends ask about the maps and look at them with interest. Love it.

I got a really nice canvas rolled map, was the perfect gift for a good friend that loves diving. The level of detail on the map was really nice also the materials.
I just have a little beat longer lead time to receive the map but it has to be spected I'm in Mexico and the product come from Germany.
I really appreciate the support of Awesome Maps to tracking the shipping of my map.

I ordered a towel map at the beginning of March. On the website the product was listed as available. Immediately after paying I was contacted by Awesome Maps and told the map wouldn’t be available until the middle of March. I mentioned this was an issue as I‘d paid for shipping in 4 to 6 days and this was for a birthday, and was offered 10% off as compensation. Up to this point the response times from customer services were very quick.

The middle of March has been and gone and I‘ve had no more information about whether the product has shipped. No success trying to reach customer services either. (Perhaps unsurprising given that my payment has already gone through.)

In short I have no idea whether I’ll ever get my order or, if not, whether there’ll by any way for me to get my money back. The whole thing feels fraudulent to me, and I‘ll be reaching out to PADI to recommend they don’t feature this company anymore.

My recommendation: save yourself the headache of ordering from this company and find an alternative from a more reliable seller.

UPDATE 5th April:
After writing this review I was contacted by the company and sent my product via express delivery. I finally received it at the end of last week.
