I had a 3500 that began to have dead pixels. Customer Service gave me an option to buy the part for $600 and fix it myself or pay $2500 for a new 3500. I paid the $2500 for a new projector and sent my projector to them back in November. Once I confirmed my unit had shipped, 3 days later I was told I would have to wait until January for a new unit. I was told if this was unacceptable, get the projector back from UPS, which was not possible. I have had no response to my emails since. They have my old projector, my money, and refuse to communicate or respond to my emails. I have asked for return of my old projector and my money back and have been ignored. I will have to take this up with my credit card company for the $2500 and small claims for my old projector. Completely pathetic from a so called reputable company.

I had an issue where the wrong power adapter was sent. I bought the projector from the EU site, and although Ireland is in the EU, we use UK style electrical sockets. I received an EU adapter, and contacted support. They immediately sent out a new UK adapter free of charge and did not require me to send the wrong one back.

Ive had some trouble in the beginning and customer support was slow during the holidays, which was expected. It made me question my purchase at first, but they were very helpful afterwards and all of my issues were resolved. Especially Bob from customer service was incredibly helpful and Im happy Ive bought from Valerion directly. No words needed about the projector, its just better than going to the cinema. I love it!

Bevor ich meinen defekten AWOL-Projektor eingesendet habe, wurde mir vom Support zugesichert, dass ich einen „besonderen Service“ erhalte und sofort ein neues Gerät bekomme, sobald mein Gerät bei ihnen eintrifft. Genau deshalb habe ich der Einsendung zugestimmt.

Was dann geschah, war das komplette Gegenteil:
Wochenlanges Hinhalten, wechselnde Erklärungen und keinerlei Transparenz. Nach langem Warten erhielt ich schließlich die Information, dass der AWOL 3000 Pro gar nicht lieferbar sei. Kurz darauf wurde die Verzögerung plötzlich mit dem Black Friday begründet – völlig widersprüchlich und nicht nachvollziehbar.

Bis heute habe ich kein Ersatzgerät erhalten, obwohl dies anfangs klar und deutlich versprochen wurde.

Fazit: Der angekündigte „besondere Service“ entpuppte sich als leeres Versprechen. Statt einer schnellen Lösung gab es nur Verzögerungen, Ausreden und keinerlei Verlässlichkeit. Für ein hochpreisiges Produkt absolut enttäuschend

I was one of the early ones to buy AWOL when they were still a relatively unknown brand. We just needed a big TV for the bedroom, We got the LTV-2500 and used it almost every week for about five-six hours during the evening. We were amazed by the picture quality, Dolby features even though I just project it on a plain wall, no fancy screens needed for me. We were very happy. After working flawlessly during most of the two year warranty period it started showing some issues and then completely failed (would not turn on at all, with red blinking status light). I contacted the customer service, and Alex was super responsive and helpful. They got me a replacement (I had to pay a nominal shipping fee). This may be the best customer service team that I interacted with in the recent times. The fresh replacement unit came with just 3-month warranty. I wish they honor the original 2-year warranty period on replacement units. Other than that, we are back to enjoying our movie nights. Thank you, Alex and AWOLVision!

My Awol 3000 developed dead pixel after about a year and a half not a lot of use maybe 10 hrs a week. But I email support and they arranged shipping for the broken one and i had a new one within 2 weeks no cost to me at all. Thats a good Company to deal with and I am super happy with the Awol 3000.

I got the 3000 Pro with the motorized screen. This is everything I expected. The picture quality is amazing even in broad daylight. This truly can replace any LED TV!

I was a Super Early Bird 3500 Model on Indiegogo for the LTV-3500, received my first unit on March 31st 2022, this unit showed a dead pixel by june 2023, talked to AWOL support and they requested me to return the unit for a new one.
So I did it, and the replacement unit started to shutoff automatically due to a fan issue that I could not resolve even following Awol's tech team instructions.
Then I just bought a new LTV-3500, have returned the defective unit to Awol, in a hope this new unit could survive the test of time without any problems.
Thru all issues, both support and tech teams were very responsive.
Lets see, durability is a concern.
But once again, best image I have ever seen on a home projector, it is been worth it so far.

The product itself has been excellent. I recently got a stuck/white pixel and the exchange process was easy. I received a new replacement in the mail and stuck the shipping label on the old one to send to back. Never even provided my credit card to hold a charge. That’s how you treat and trust your customers.

I couldn’t be happier with my AWOL 120" matte white tensioned screen. The picture quality is outstanding—colors are accurate, brightness is uniform across the entire surface, and there’s no hotspotting at all. The tensioning system keeps the screen perfectly flat and tight, which really enhances clarity and gives everything a professional, cinema-like feel.

Great customer service, amazing product, was greatly surprised by the quality!

I purchased the 3500 2 years ago. And I had a few pixels start dying. And I contacted there customer support. It was a little difficult to get to them. But once I did. They were great! Told me send it in. And they will send me another one. I figured that I would get mine back or a refurbished one. But they sent a brand new one! I enjoy there product. I've had projector TVs for years. And I have to admit I like it! Picture is very good. Nice contrast. The short throw design makes it perfect for setup. Since you don't need to calculate the depth of the room to get the picture size that you want. And you don't have to worry about people walking through and making a shadow on the screen. The audio that is built in. Is nice. However the addition of a subwoofer and a multi channel surround sound system makes it extremely immersive. The best part is. You don't need to be a pro to set it up. It takes the hassle and guess work out of it. And makes its install more like your basic flat-screen. Rather then the rigormarol of hanging the rear mount projectors and fussing with the wires. Anyways in my opinion. This machine is worth it!

I have no words to describe how much joy I feel whenever I use my AWOL vision laser tv.
I am the lucky owner of an entire Laser TV system with the video projector 3500 pro and the entire cabinet. This product is fantastic. The look… the design… and then the home theater experience by itself. Let’s say it this way: it is the dream home theater équipement for someone without a dedicated home theater room.
1. The band. As new as it is, AWOL is just amazing. No brands in the world in 2025 has flawless products. I owned several Samsung and Sony TVs in the last 10 years… all of them had flaws and issues. AWOL is new but the products are already performing a lot better than Sony, I know I was amazed. I have my setup for 1.5 years and I had no issues whatsoever beside a dead pixel on the projector. The customer support is so good that it makes you feel a lot more comfortable than buying a product with Sony. Crazy, right? They fixed in less than a week my issue. No more dead pixel. You feel like no matter what, the customer support will be fixing your issues quickly.

2. The experience : simply put: this projector is so good it compares with LED TVs. The contrat is insane. I watch 4k movies and I forget I watch a video projector. The colors are amazing and the product is very easy to use. There is absolutely no noise pollution from the ventilators. On my 120” screen, I feel sometimes I am on the set of the movie with actors, especially with 3D movies that are absolutely a movie theater experience type.
The laser tv setup is fantastic for a movie fanatic like me. Easy to in steal and easy to use. And the quality of fabrication is amazing. Soft close glass doors, pure wood covered with resistant, leather like, coating …
Bottom line: I am going to stay with this brand for a long time. Whenever there will be a new projector, I’ll be there. The quality of the product and the customer service are way above all the fancy competitors.

Very impressed with our AWOL vision 100 screen, used in conjunction with a projector, it is a great cinema experience at home.
Very impressed with customer support, who were professional, polite, helpful and understanding when we had an issue with the screen developing bumps. Apparently debris can easily get trapped and go unnoticed. After support and advice given from Franc it was soon sorted. We would recommend AWOL as the experience has been so positive, and a big shout out again to Franc.

Absolutely love my awol set up with the 3500 projector, floor rising 130" plus thunderbeat speakers. The only feedback is to myself - should have done it sooner. The experience is truly on a next level.

The AWOL LTV-2500 has exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is absolutely stunning — crisp, bright, and full of vibrant colour. It truly brings the cinema experience home.

Quality product and quality service! I purchased the whole projector package with the floor sizing 130” screen and the thunder beat sound system. Easy to set up. Looks great in the room. There isn’t a huge screen in your room when not watching.when watching it is crystal clear and bright, and the surround sound puts you in the middle of the action.

But the best part was actually a few months after purchasing the system there was a malfunction with the projector. As a manufacturing quality manager I know a defect can happen. The question is how it is handled. I was more than satisfied I was thrilled with their service. Allen from tech service contacted me quickly. Asked me to try a few things. After that he confirmed an issue with the projector and asked me to return it for a replacement. Franc from customer service took over. Sent me a prepaid UPS label. A week later had a brand new projector that somehow seems like it projects even better! In addition I mistakenly sent a piece of equipment back for the sound. They could have charged me for a new one. But Franc sent me a message telling me it was in its way. Make the investment with AWOL. Not just a quality product, but also a quality partnership!
