Schnell, transparent und qualitativ hochwertig
Super schneller Versand aus Indonesien nach Deutschland. Alles schön und liebevoll verpackt. Was mir besonders gefällt ist, dass einem bei der Bestellung direkt Zollgebühren berechnet werden und man hat dadurch keine Überraschung bei der Zustellung. So kann man direkt entscheiden, ob man mit den die Gesamtkosten einverstanden ist. Also alles super transparent. Die Qualität der Ware auch erstklassig.
Ich habe schon insgesamt 6 Kleidungsstücke aus diesem Laden und bin voll zufrieden.

Everything went very well
Everything went very well. I had an issue with my order, and as soon as I contacted the team, they were very responsive. My dress arrived fast and in perfect condition.
Lastly, I needed a refund, which also arrived very fast. :)

Horrible customer service
I ordered 2 dresses, different style, same size Small. Referred to the size chart and measurements on the website.
Upon arrival
One of the dresses is 10 cm smaller in waistline than stated on the website. I tried to get in touch with them for a couple days, sent pictures of the dress with measuring tape.
In response they suggested that it was too challenging for me to choose the size online and that my expectations were wrong because their dresses are made for 170-174 cm height and they send me new actua
Short story - they suggested that I ship dress back to them, pay for shipping, put 2$ value on the package so they can avoid pay their government fees.
I said that I don’t feel responsible for shipping cost and mistake is their so prepaid label would be great. They said I should pay for return shipping and never acknowledged it’s their mistake with sizing.
Very disappointing, such an easy matter to resolve and instead of taking responsibility they tried to blame it on my ability to read and comprehend measurements.

Beautiful dress but runs big
I love the light pink colour and gradient. I was disappointed to see that the size runs big compared to my other Aya Sacred Wear pieces and this is not a garment that I can take to get fitted. It still looks great but definitely on the loose side.

I am so touched by the intention
I am so touched by the intention, values, craftsmanship and beauty of this company. My ONE complaint is that after shipping costs, the items are very expensive and I get nervous about spending so much on something I haven't tried on. If it wasn't for that I'd buy every item! Absolutely stunning work, a company I love to support, and will definitely be purchasing again.

Delivery was faster than expected
Delivery was faster than expected! The packaging is very nice and the fabric quality is good. The two products I bought are both thoughtfully designed and flattering. I Think They could improve sizing, simply adding a description of the models height and what size is she wearing would help. I liked many dresses which were one size fits all but was afraid it would be too short (I am 175cm). Ended up getting a model with size range and got an M size and I wish I ordered L even though I am usually S/M. The returns are not worth it from Europe

Beautiful and Unique clothing
Beautiful and Unique clothing, styles I have been dreaming of for a long time. I was looking for a 100% silk slip dress for my son’s wedding and I found it here with a stunning twist of an open back and delicate straps. I also found a gorgeous dress to wear to beach parties. I feel like a goddess in it and it definitely turns heads. On top of that the customer service was brilliant. I needed to change a size and the transaction was helpful, smooth and friendly.
