Avoid This Store – Breaches UK Consumer Law & Shocking Customer Service
I ordered several dresses from this store for my graduation, spending over £160 — a significant amount for me as a student. While the dresses were okay for the price, the experience was completely ruined by the awful customer service and an unfair, almost illegal refund policy.
When I tried to return some of the items, I was told that refunds are only given if there are major faults. But under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), online shoppers have the right to a full refund within 14 days of receiving goods — for any reason, including if the item is simply unsuitable. I followed the process exactly as outlined on MoneySavingExpert, but was still denied a refund.
Their responses were robotic, cold, and dismissive — offering no real help or support. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong for even asking, when in reality I was completely within my legal rights. It felt like they were trying to guilt me for wanting to return items, when it clearly wasn’t my fault.
The refund policy is poorly communicated at checkout, and worse — goes against basic consumer rights. It’s been an incredibly frustrating experience, especially when trying to prepare for such a special day.
I won’t shop here again and strongly recommend others avoid this company. There are far better retailers who respect their customers and the law.

I placed my order more than 3 weeks in advance. One dress was canceled with no explanation, and the other was stuck in a facility just 30 minutes from my home for days. I contacted the shipping company and they told me they had nothing under my tracking number.
The dress showed up after my wedding, stained, and completely unusable. The company refused a return, showing zero empathy or responsibility.
This is not a trustworthy brand. Please be careful — I wish someone had warned me.

Absolutely Garbage.
They do not send that you see on photos. They steal others' product photos and reviews and advertisement (video, review etc), and make cheap copies, then sell them much expensive $$$. The quality is simply not there AT ALL. Customer service was one of the worst I've experienced. They sent me wrong pants (not just one but both lol). They were over $100 for a pair (I did get 1+1 sale) When I contacted them with pictures side by side what they sent me, the CS rep apologized and admitted they were def wrong & different from what I ordered. I ordered two pairs of the same pants but in different colors. Color and size were all wrong. Also they were big difference in size between two pants I got when it should have been the same but colors. The customer service kept saying they would investigate this when I asked for a simple exchange to get the right product. They even had me put measurement tapes each side of wrong colored pants. It only proved how much different they were from their website. They were wrong in material too. Of this whole time, I didn't get what I ordered anyway, yet they had me measure the wrong pants. I would've accepted free exchange to get the right order. Instead, they decided to lie that they sent me right products after two weeks of "investigation" I mean you can just tell from pictures... girl
Then they said, they would give me a replacement if I pay the shiping fee to china. You gotta be kidding me. Lol. Also, if they sent me the right products as they claimed... how would they replace to another right product. Lol Smh. Just ridiculous. The quality of their products def not worth what they claim to be. Then, their customer service was really poor. You'd have better luck at Temu. At least Temu accept their fault and make it up to you reasonably. Azzurra's clothes didn't look worth even $20. Don't bother shop here. The whole thing is simply just scam.

I asked for a refund and the ChatGPT response that came back basically said they don’t refund unless serious fault with garment. So frustrating, please don’t waste your hard earned money.

I ordered a dress which just simply doesn’t fit. It is too tight and too short. I asked for a refund and I’m being refused. The company is using the excuse that it was a sale item and not refundable under their terms and conditions however UK law covering distance selling requires them to provide a refund within 14 days regardless of whether this was a sale item or not. Given the company has similar issues with a number of the reviews on here I am likely to report them to Trading Standards. .

terrible company - awful quality totally see through considering the price.
Sizing is bad, very big, and they don’t have the waist or hip size on their sizing chart.
Now they won’t let me return the item as it doesn’t fit, and are saying they don’t accept item returns when ‘sizing is not right’ due to their online size chat which “I should have checked”… but it doesn’t even have waist or hip size so how am I meant to know from online if it fits right.
Terrible company. Awful quality, bad customer service.

Horrific experience with this company
Horrific experience with this company. Bought two items on the same day, needed to return both. The one, no issues - easily returned. The second (even though it was the same reason) was a nightmare! Terrible and inconsistent customer service and when I tried to escalate, the agent said there is nothing that could be done. They came up with two absolutely bogus reasons to reject my return. Pathetic. Will never use them again.

J’ai acheté trois articles avec des doutes de taille mais j’étais rassurée puisque dans leur politique il y avait possibilité de retour mais quand la taille n’était pas exacte et que je les ai contacté pour retour ils ont refusé car il y avait une promotion et ils m’ont dit texto « tu pourras donner ces articles à quelqu’un d’autre si tu n’allais pas les porter mais nous on fait pas de retour dans notre politique »
Donc méfiez vous bien de cette marque c’est de l’arnaque et même les articles sont différents de la réalité (j’ai commandé un pantalon long ils m’envoient un pantalon très court) et sans parler du retard dans les délais de livraison.

This is a scam don't believe the positive reviews. They claim to be based in Italy but they are based in China. It took 3 weeks for my order to arrive. I tried to cancel before it shipped and was told I could only cancel within 24 hours. I ordered a dress in 2 sizes and they were low quality and both didn't fit. I asked to return and for a refund. They then claimed that they don't offer refunds for sale items and if it doesn't fit. I checked the faq before buying and this isn't there. Refunds allowed within 14 days. Also all their clothes are on sale always so this is their loophole to never refund. Everyone please contact trading standards and report this company. I'm over £100 out with 2 dresses that don't fit. What they are doing is illegal. In the UK online orders can be cancelled without a reason given within 14 days
