Customer service isn’t great. I requested a refund 3 weeks ago now and I have no response at all. Quality of clothing is poor, loose threading etc.

Awful experience - would not recommend. Never received the item and never received a refund. Ignored via email and when they did respond I was refused a refund.

It's a totally scam company! Dresses from Ali Express! Please avoid. The size chart is wrong. They said I can change the size of the dress, return and get another, I paid for the return. They won't let me to do that. They then cancelled for no reason my return and I didn't get any label. The customer service is awful! They should be shut down !!!!

The dress I purchased from this website was extremely poor quality and didn’t look like the picture. I was then told I couldn’t return as the item wasn’t bought at full price however in the details of the dress it stated I could return in 30 days. Don’t order from here as you will lose money and be stuck with the item!! Such a shame for a brand to be so unsustainable still in 2025 due to waste of materials and supporting overconsumption - I will not be wearing this dress

The customer service is great, but the quality of the products is so bad, the only thing worth the investment is the black top!
Other than that the dress came orange, when on the website it displayed as dark brown!
The quality is 3/10 compared to how it looks in the images on their website.
Would recommend shopping somewhere else if you want better quality!

Impeccable quality, ordered two dresses and both were perfect. Very fast delivery!

Customer support helped me out quickly with any issues I had.

You can’t wear the item, I paid for shipping back to China , they then sent the item back to me !!!
Appalling customer service

The Odina summer tops that were received were not reflective of how they are presented on the site. The quality is much lower.
Be aware that that sale items are not returnable. Their policy also requires you pay to ship back, as well as restocking fees.
A company with quality products should stands by their products.
Not the case with this site.

The quality was good, the dress was exactly like the photos, and the fit was very flattering.

I recently purchased a dress from AZZURRA, and upon receiving it, I was disappointed to find that the quality of the fabric was subpar and the dress looked significantly different from the online image. The stitching was poorly done, with loose threads visible. After reaching out to customer service to initiate a return, I was informed that returns are not accepted for sale items. Had the dress matched the quality advertised on social media, I would have gladly kept it; however, the product fell far short of expectations. I advise caution when purchasing clothing from AZZURRA, as you risk losing your money on items that may not be wearable.

Never turned up! Absolutely shocking communication. Wouldn't listen to my problem and wouldn't sort it. Ordered in June and still trying to see where my parcel is.

Won’t refund if your items are in the sale or discounted, everything on there website is either in the sale or discounted meaning no one is entitled to refund. I didn’t receive one of my dresses due to it being out of stock and I’m still not entitled to a refund.

Absolutely love this dress! The fit is perfect, the fabric feels high-quality, and the design is even more stunning in person. I received so many compliments—definitely a new favourite in my wardrobe!

Easy to navigate site, the dress arrived and it’s lovely. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 star rating is because of the long delivery time

Dresses were lovely. Took a few weeks to arrive. Didn’t realise no refund on sale items. Emails took a while for queries. Did get 15% off refund for dresses. You get a flyer for free jewellery which I haven’t done yet. Overall Customer Service was good.

Terrible quality, nothing like pictures no sizes or tags. Zips don’t line up! Way too small! Took over a month to arrive and apparently you can’t return unless serious fault
