sizing is not UK sizing - it runs 2 sizes small in my opinion. Returns are charged at over £10 regardless of their wrong sizing, which is not stated anywhere.
They have received the return over 6 weeks ago and I have still not received a refund. Oh and the fabric in my opinion is awful too.
Definitely will not be bothering with them again.

The material is terrible, what a shame and waste of my time! I won’t be wearing these. Please don’t waste your time buying from this website!

The website is misleading, you cannot return ANYTHING! Even by emailing to say the item is not suitable like it says in their FAQs - they have a hidden section saying discounted items aren’t refundable when everything on their website is discounted! Why isn’t that made clear in the FAQ page!
Oh and then when you finally agree to refund I have to pay for a returns label which they have FAILED to send to me numerous times of me asking for it and also telling me there is a restock fee?! Never ever have I heard of something so silly! I’m at the point now where I told them if they do not refund me I would leave a negative review and blast all over social media. I’m still yet to receive my returns label which they claim the payment wasn’t received yet I have confirmation it was. They want me to pay again !!!! I’m not giving this company anymore of my money! I’m at the end of my tether with this company.
Please do not buy from this firm. Save your money and spend elsewhere. This issue is still not resolved and I will continue to email until I get the refund they promised me!

SCAM COMPANY

I haven’t written a review until now because I’ve hoped they would have refunded the money . Endless emails where they are lying and pretending they’ve refunded when they haven’t . Complete thieves . This company should be shut down .
Shame there from a country you can’t even touch via business trading standards company’s. They know what there doing don’t be fooled like me .
The clothes are cheap and show no resemblance to the pictures advertised .

Complete scam company , they should be banned. In the small print they say that you cannot get a refund if an item is ‘in the sale’, considering every item of their clothing is in the sale this means they will never give a refund
Terrible crunchy fabric dress which was far too big over my shoulders. I spent £45 that’s practically been stolen, thankfully it wasn’t more

I wasnt given the refund that I was promised. I've contacted them several times and they keep saying that they're investigating why I haven't been refunded. Items received were damaged and/or extremely poor quality. This website needs to be shut down. Complete fraud. And please don't respond to this telling me to contact you or that you're sorry or that you don't see my order or whatever, it's useless. Im tired of these games and sad that my hard earned money was stolen from me. All I want is the refund that I was promised and that I've learned ill never get.
ALSO, if you see alot of 5 start reviews, it's because they give you a free necklace to submit one. Ha, what a joke. Don't believe the 5 start reviews.

Terms and conditions are misleading, service is polite and friendly but absolutely pointless with grey policies. Quality of items are shocking and look nothing like the advertisements - items are not sized properly and are cheaply made. I had to take it up with paypal to get a refund. Was told I'd receive a refund and then proceeded to send me a second dress out refusing a refund.
Don't waste your time or money - if you want to take a chance on this company, make sure you do it through paypal so you have some insurance.

Material of clothing is high quality and everything is true to size

Truly an excellent product. I ordered a dress for a special occasion and I must say the wait was worth it the dress is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommended, and the customer service was very helpful. Great job!

Reviews were not great, but trusted my Sister when she said bought a great product with no issues.
Ordered their iconic jumpsuit, lovely flowing fabric as described, easy to wear and did not crease.

The quality of the clothing is horrible. The sizing is too small and when I asked to return the order, I was told that I couldn't. Out $200 bucks.. What a scam

I wore one of their maxi dresses to a wedding and people kept asking me where I bought it. The fabric felt lovely, heavy enough to hang nicely, and the length was perfect with heels. I’ll be buying more from them for future events.

Couldn’t believe how quickly my order arrived, just under a week. Everything was packaged neatly and the fit was exactly right. It looked exactly like the photos online which gave me peace of mind.

This company is a scam. First of all, it takes a month to get the merchandise.

Upon receipt, the sizing on the website is very inaccurate. I ordered a woman’s medium top. What I received was a little girls top.

I sent photos of the measurements on their website and measurements of the top I received and they said they couldn’t exchange it because the exchange window had expired. They delayed shipping it. I don’t receive it until a month after I ordered or

I requested the exchange the day I received it

They will not exchange merchandise even though the sizing on their website is very inaccurate.

They scammed me out of $50.00.

They sent me the wrong dress and not what I've ordered and dearest Emily whom I'm in contact with via email, wants to offer me a 15% discount refund for a dress I do not want. They try to gaslight you in saying it was a sale item and it can't be returned, however the sale item was not what I've ordered and paid for. They sent the incorrect item and they do not want to admit their mistake. Honestly it is just a horrible experience and their website is not a true reflection of who they try to identify as. 😕 Please do not support them, you will find better luck on Shein compared to them.

Fit of dress exactly how presents on website, but very disappointed with the difference in colour, website presented it as a metalic/goldy colour...when it came it was oranges and browns. Very disappointing
