We had such a fantastic experience at Bababoom Boutique! The team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their products. We felt like we were in good hands from start to finish.

There was a great selection of prams on display, all ready to be tested and demonstrated. After a thorough and super informative session with Megan—who explained everything so clearly (and made us laugh along the way!)—we decided to go for the Joolz Hub 2.

I am a mum-to-be with my first baby and needed a support to choose the perfect baby buggy and car seat. The team in the shop were amazing with their excellent service and helped me to find what I was looking for.

If I could give zero stars I would! Order some gloves for the egg pram on 19th dec 24 didn’t have any email contacted the company they said it was actually a pre order and would be 1-4 weeks. Fine I’ll wait. Now seven weeks later and no gloves. Money removed from account but no item and now ignoring all emails asking for an update or refund! Con artists BEWARE OF THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

Looking for a Cybex footmuff to match the pram. Internet search brought up many options but Bababoom had the exact item at an unbeatable price.

Was recommended to use Bababoom for a new car seat for my granddaughter. The young lady who helped me (sorry I didn’t get your name) was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The car seat arrived on time, as promised! Great customer service and a good all round experience which nowadays is a rarity. Would highly recommend.

They never send me my order and i want to be refunded

Feel quite cheated tbh. Ordered some PJs online, paid £30 plus £5 packaging. When they arrived they have a 50% sale tag showing they were on sale for £15.

Contacted the company to resolve and was told they don't know why there's a sale tag on it.
Obviously company is selling Sales products online at higher prices.

If they'd been smart, they could've apologised, explained and offered me store credit - likely I'd have spent more.

Instead, they say they don't know why there's a sale tag on the pj's when it's obvious they're selling at a higher price online.

Do I trust the company as a result? No.

I was pleased with the prompt response to my order and the delivery time.
