This is the WORST place to buy jewelry. I bought two bracelets from them. Both the clasps broke resulting in losing one and finding the other on the floor. Took the one to my jeweler and he said this was a very cheap piece that was destined to break and fall off. Only had the bracelets for a month. They basically said ok well. I will never buy another thing from this company.

Rose quartz pendant had black marks and the bail was visible crooked. Took photos and contacted company. Company admitted the quality wasn’t up to standard. I was told I could only receive credit. The item took over a month to arrive, during which time promises were made which they did not follow through with. I insisted on a refund. They refunded minus $15. Do not order from this company.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a necklace for my wife for christmas and they told me it would be delayed. I canceled the order 2 days later and they refused the cancellation. Now, 3 months later, they’re trying to deliver this non-custom order despite my cancellation and they still won’t refund my money.

Seriously poor customer service. Buyer beware. Spend your money elsewhere

My experience with Babygold has been very positive. Placing the online order was easy. I could not find my first order discount code, so I emailed the help center after-hours that too on a Sunday night, expecting to get a reply in the morning. However, to my amazement I received a reply right away. I was able to get the discount and receive my order in a timely manner. I would definitely buy again from Babygold.

The order page and confirmation both say earringS (plural) and yet I received one for the cost that two would have me paying locally. Small item, no weight (hollow?) and a single earring.

False advertising as the S at the end of earringS indicates two.

No return policy for refund. They stick you with a "gift receipt" (sic) to buy more of their small, light, not worth the money items.

Their shipping also takes forever. STEER CLEAR. I plan to make it a quest to hop on everything I can to warn people.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not order from this company. I spent 1300$ on 4 rings and they have all fallen apart. Their customer service is awful. I paid to have them repaired once and they broke again. They will not make the repairs or replace.

I purchased what looked like a heavy duty 14 karat gold ankle bracelet. The heaviest one they make. I took my dog for a walk and it fell off. It fell off in the road when I was crossing the street It was driven over and because the item is hollow, was damaged beyond repair. They offered me half my money back so I could get another one. Are you kidding me? I asked for a credit so I could pick something else out. We went back-and-forth for weeks to no avail. I am stuck paying off a bill with no anklet. I will never purchase another item from this company. Their quality is substandard and they do not stand behind their products, no matter what they say!! I highly recommend you do not purchase from them!! also note when I tried to leave a negative review for their site, they wouldn’t post it.. trying to control the narrative I guess..

My husband bought me the Celine bracelet in the wrong size, ignoring the trash quality of the bracelet, we were unable to exchange and had to just return. 2 years later and multiple attempts later we still haven’t received a refund for the returned bracelet.

This company is so unprofessional. I made a purchase the first week in December for a Christmas gift for my daughter. I didn't receive it until recently even though I was told I woild get it in “2-3 weeks”. I was going back and forth with customer service and each time the service was worse. They also sent me a different item from what I ordered. Do not purpose from this company.

Product took forever and never arrived. Took multiple attempts to cancel, then they stole $20 for a "restocking fee." DO NOT PURCHASE.

Beware buying from this company! Everyone please be warned about buying anything from this company. I wore the paper clip bracelet for four days and it broke while I was just sitting home with my kids during Christmas break doing nothing and now the company is giving me a hard time about getting my money back.
They want to refund me at a reduced price. They use terrible materials and have horrible craftsmanship. I expected so much more and I'm so sad that I can't even get all my money back for a piece of crap bracelet. They jewelry is 14k plated not solid, and they throw words around like lifetime warrantee and solid gold with hollow links but in reality it’s all basically hollow and dents after a few hours or just simply breaks. They are money hungry. Just look at the online Reddit reviews. Hundreds of them! Don’t say I didn’t warn you

$500 earrings broke on 4th wear, company has been unhelpful, doesn’t return email, phone calls, or chat. Total scam

Baby Gold quality is not very good as the necklace felt super cheap and return policy is terrible. Secondly, they only issue a store credit on returns and you only have 10 days to initiate the return. Also, even though it is not stated in their return policy they charge a $15 return fee when you initiate a return within their 10 day timeframe. Once you start the return, then they send you an email saying they will need to approve the return and will respond with 24-48 hours. Lastly, they do not have a customer service phone number. I would highly recommend against ordering from them. There are plenty of options with much better customer service and quality.

I would give them a minus 5 star if I could. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. I ordered 2 bracelets. One process and shipped within a day. The other just sat there for weeks. Since it was a Christmas gift, I wrote asking about the ETA. They assured me 3 different times in writing that I ordered a week before the deadline and I would definitely get the bracelet before Christmas. Well, guess what…they lied. It didn’t come and they really didn’t care at all. Now stuck waiting for an after Christmas delivery and then the expense of shipping it out to my
Granddaughter who is no longer here. Bad, dishonest, misleading company. Don’t order anything.

Ordered diamond name necklace for my wife for Christmas. My grandson calls her NANA, so I had one be with those letters. The necklace is so tiny. I need a magnifying glass to see it cost me over $850. What a rip off it does not look anything like the picture.
