I love it!
Originally bought it as a gift for friend so when we have a baby arrive (we are foster carers) it was the only place I looked for the buggy bag. Such great quality and stays put even when full.
I have a bottle, milk carton. 4nappies, pack of wipes and changing mat and spare outfit all in the bag. Then in the front pouch go’s my phone and keys. All we need when out! Brilliant

Fantastic service. In my half asleep state I accidentally ordered the wrong item, I emailed BabyMel and got a reply less than 24 hours later. Frances was really helpful, and arranged for the correct item to be sent out to me, and 2 days later it was here. The shoulder bag is great, and well designed for busy mums.

I chose a Babymel changing bag (Robyn grey vegan leather) before having my first daughter even though the price was high as I thought it was worth investing in a good quality item- I’d be using it daily thought I could use it as a normal bag after I no longer need a changing bag. In less than a year of use the stitching to attach the shoulder strap came undone to the point where the bag was unusable. (I’d just been using it for normal changing bag bits, nothing heavier than a water bottle). I contacted customer service and they asked for the serial number then confirmed there was a fault with that batch and they’d send me another one.

Fast forward to my daughter at 2 years old, with me pregnant with my second and I notice that on my new replacement bag the stitching on front flap has come almost completely unattached from the side. To be fair to their customer service they sent me another bag but I no longer believe it was a freak fault with the first bag but that actually these bags aren’t sturdy and well made at all- you would have thought a £75 bag would last longer than 2 years!! So despite it being a nicely functional bag beware the quality if you’re thinking of investing in a long term piece.

What I love about these products (eco grey diaper bag & stroller organization) is that they are well-designed with some functional compartments & straps. Especially the diaper bag, it is so spacious. The grey color looks very well on me and my husband.

The only remark from me is the delivery. It took about 3 weeks of shipment from UK to Belgium due to a custom issue. But I'd like to point out & appreciate the customer service manager & staffs who are very responsive in handling the situation.

I love my new bag. There is so much room for all the things we need and I love the handy side pocket for wipes and changing mat matching the bag. I also like that it's unisex so either mum or dad can carry it.

Thank you very much to the store for organizing so fast delivery without any problems. The quality of the product that i’ve received is excellent!

Absolutely love my Babymel Changing bag! Can’t wait to use it when baby boy arrives. Love the fact the leather is vegan.

It holds a ton, works perfectly with the stroller, and looks chic. Super easy to use too. Absolute lifesaver for travels – managed to fit all of my baby's onboard essentials in it.

I bought the changing bag in the sale so was a good price. It arrived well packed. It’s plenty big enough with some pockets. I had seen the video about how the strap has Velcro to fasten the bag to the pram handle and was pleased about that but I haven’t tried it as the bag is a present.
