Ordered bridal swimwear set (retail price of £165) and wore once day after my wedding. Handwashed the set as per care instructions and a piece of the hardware has snapped off. Reached out to customer service to tell them about the poor quality despite the retail price being significant and was offered nothing to rectify. I spent £140 for this (bottoms were on sale) and am now obligated to spend another £70 just to have a full set despite doing everything as I was meant to. So in total will end up spending £210 on a sub-par quality set just so I can at least get a second wear out of it... Very disappointed after spending hundreds of pounds on other items too for wedding and being offered no solutions to resolve. Would not recommend swimwear as it isn't worth the price at all, very flimsy couldn't even withstand 1 handwash, and wouldn't recommend ordering from Gigi and Olive if you are a bride that likes to pre-plan and put things away for your wedding as if you have quality issues outside of the 30 day returns window you won't get much help.

Bought a beautiful engraved knife set from Gigi & Olive for a wedding. There was a slight mistake on the engraving, however, they were so efficient in helping me get a replacement in time for the wedding- Thank you to Fi, who was very lovely sorting that out for me. Bride and Groom absolutely loved the knife set!

10/10 experience with their customer service. Used the WhatsApp comms to follow up on an order and the team were able to sent the item a day earlier to ensure it would arrive in time for a hen x

Only down side is if you live outside of London and want to return the product you are unable too, it will cost you double what you paid for the product. so be careful if you don't want to waist your money. They should update there policy to include a free shipping label, especially for the price of some of there items.

Martha was such a great help! My parcel was experiencing some delivery issues and she went out of her way to find the parcel and have it redelivered the next day. She was sincerely apologetic and so sweet. I was relieved I had her help! Also absolutely love the monogrammed bikini for my wedding, it fits perfectly and so soft! Will be ordering from here again :)

I used Gigi & Olive for my bachelorette merch and had the best experience with them designing everything. When I received the pieces I was blown away by the quality. I would highly recommend them and will be purchasing from them again :)

Very pleased with my items from Gigi and Olive. High quality pieces that are just perfect for your bridal era! The material of the bikini feels very luxe and I cannot wait to wear it on my hen weekend and honeymoon.

Gigi and olive went above and beyond After having a few issues with my first delivery (nothing to do with the company but the delivery driver) they had a replacement personalised item sent out to me which arrive ld within 24 hours of me emailing. The item is extremely good quality and the attention to detail perfect, it’s exactly what I was looking for for my wedding day. Thank you Gigi and olive I will definitely be recommending your company and using you again

Excellent customer service and beautiful products. Three days before my wedding I realised that I had no gift for my groom! I saw the lovely personalised handkerchief on the website, but noted that I’d left it too late. But I emailed Gigi & Olive - they were immediately responsive, and pulled out all the stops to make a customised handkerchief and posted it out to me in time. The handkerchief was perfect but the customer care was exemplary (a shout out for Martha who followed this up tightly!).

Wonderful products and customer service. I have ordered from Gigi & Olive twice. Had a beautiful custom made bow for my dog for our wedding with engraving on the bow, which arrived quick and was absolutely lovely.
For my second order I got a mini veil. There was an issue with DPD delivery. I contacted customer service and Martha helped me resolve it the same day. My delivery was located and the veil is beautiful. Very excited to wear it for my elopement at the end of the month.

We ordered custom Sandalwood Fans from Gigi and Olive for one of our clients wedding, personalised with their wedding date and name. The service was incredibly personal and thoughtful, making the whole experience so special. The fans themselves are of outstanding quality, beautifully crafted and perfect for the occasion. The guests absolutely loved taking a fan as a keepsake, and it added such a lovely touch to the wedding. We couldn’t recommend Gigi and Olive enough and will be suggesting them to all brides-to-be!
