I ordered a personalised cap for a hen do which is perfect, the box came beautifully wrapped. I contacted Gigi and Olive when I realised I used the incorrect email address and I need to locate my order number, as I wasn’t able to collect my order as originally requested and needed it delivered, the lovely Martha, helped change my order for me, and then went onto follow up to ensure it had been delivered. It was so nice to speak to someone not just have to go through an automated process when having an issue. Thank you for your help!

A totally amazing and seamless experience ordering from Gigi & Olive. I created a bespoke Maid of Honour box with Martha and she could not have been more accommodating. Opening the box with my sister was so special, the wrapping was beautifully done and the items are just so lovely. Thank you so much! I’ll be back for future wedding purchases!

If you’re considering purchasing from Gigi & Olive, just do it. I have never received such flawless customer support. Martha was an absolute angel and helped me when the parcel was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery was exceptionally fast and she even checked in afterwards to ensure everything was perfect.

Gigi and Olive has the most AMAZING customer service!!! I brought several things to gift my bridesmaids and they were so helpful in making sure delivery time fit within my timeline to gift them. When my first package was delivered (to the U.S.) customs had gone through it and destroyed one of the candles sent. Gigi and Olives customer service immediately jumped into action to send me a replacement and I got it so fast. Excited to order more from them as I continue on my bridal journey!

Excellent customer service from Amy! I was trying to order something that was out of stock and Amy alerted me as soon as it was back in stock, and ensured a quick delivery. Amy also answered all my questions really quickly and helped me get the best value for money. The items I ordered have now arrived and they are just beautiful. The only company with bridal products you need!! 🤍 I bought the white lace gloves/sleeves for my wedding - from start to finish Amy went above and beyond to make them perfect. I tried them on with my wedding dress recently and they are honestly perfect. Also have bought the embroidery bow and other bits from Gigi and Olive for my hen - they are everything. Quality is so high. Have loved finding them for my bridal era, can’t recommend them enough!! My only negative … I need to keep away from their website as it is all so beautiful!! If you are a bride - Gigi and Olive are what you need, quality, smooth customer service process and stunning unique pieces. 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

High quality product and excellent customer service. I ordered a product for my partner as a surprise ahead of a special event. I left the order a little late, so I got in-touch with the customer service team, who immediately responded to confirm I would receive my order well ahead of the required date. Only two days later, the order arrived (at no extra cost). The customer comms were personalised and understanding, making me feel this a brand that cares.

Added to which, the product itself is exceptionally high-quality and carefully created. I personalised the product, and it was clear that great care had been taken to produce an excellent product that will be treasured forever.

I've used Gigi & Olive a couple of times and their products are not only fun and on trend but amazing quality! I recently ordered something accidentally with a long lead time and they quickly helped me change my order for something (just as gorgeous) to arrive in time for the hen I was planning!
