I shopped at the Silver Cross stand on Sunday 1st November and Imran was a life savor. Imran demonstrated all the features of the stroller models we wanted and gave practical examples of usage. He also worked hard to fetch us all the accessories as much as possible and ensured a very fair price for Silver Cross Cove 2. We are super happy with the purchase and very satisfied due to Imran's behaviour.

Ordered a foot muff for our stroller online. Waited the delivery window of 10 working days before emailing for an update. No response to the email. Called their customer service number and the phone is just ringing with no answer during business hours. They have taken payment and not responded to any communications or provided the goods.

Honestly, I should have known from the beginning this would be a mistake. My wife took us to the baby show. We thought we were buying directly from manufacturer but we brought from baby planet. When we went to the brand of the stroller we chose to buy the staff member, was slow to action anything, refused to show us how to change different parts to the stroller, served and took payment from a different customer whilst dealing with us despite making us wait to see her whilst they were dealing with a customer, has trial the stroller on a flat floor and told us it was an everyday stroller. Once we got the product and started using it we realised the baby was bouncing all over the place whilst it was being used, the parm constantly getting stuck on the pavement at the sight of a little imperfection on the ground, One of the parts had a recall (we were using this for 4 months before we found out) - when we asked them why they did not tell us, they said it was not their responsbility? Imagine a company selling baby products being that incapable of showing any signs of humanity. When I told them about each of these issues they said they did not care, woudl not even consider the pram could be faulty. An absolute joke of a company.

Went to the Babyshow in Hammersmith, and spoke to Chanice from Babyplanet who was absolutely amazing! It was really thanks to her that we bought our complete travel system, and a travel stroller. She was super knowledgeable, kind and friendly and really talked us through the products we were interested in. We left feeling really good about our decision and she was so kind to give us the best deal she could. She made the experience really lovely which is important when you can easily feel very overwhelmed at events like this!
