One minute after placing an online order to be shipped to an out of state friend, I realized it was the wrong color! Tried several times, but never got through over the phone. Sent an email same day asking to change the color- no response. A couple days later, got an email confirming that it (the WRONG color I tried to catch and correct) had been shipped. Great. Thanks. Never again.

Placed order 3 weeks ago. Was told 5-10 business days for arrival. Never received order. No shipping email. Sent multiple emails and left multiple voicemails and could not get ahold of anyone to explain order status. Is this company a scam??

It was a pleasure purchasing my baby gift at Baby’s Den online. Notices arrived in a timely manor and my gifts were promptly delivered to the soon-to-be happy parents.

Item listed for sale and purchased only to receive email it was out of stock. After several emails and phone messages left no communication back for refund!

I placed an order and I’ve gotten no communication past the confirmation of receiving the order from the company. I have attempted calling several times and been on hold and left messages and nobody has responded. I paid for overnight shipping, and anticipated receiving the item this week. The most disappointing is the lack of communication on the company’s part.

We placed an order beginning of September. It said it would arrive in 5-10 business days. We never received an email with the tracking Nr. We tried to call but only could leave a message. We never got a call back. Very poor communication! And still no email that our item has shipped! Yet we already got charged! Is this even a legit website?!?!

Purchased the parts from you guys on Sept 8th. It’s already Sept 21st and still haven’t gotten any update. Didn’t receive any email about any updates if it got shipped or even delayed. Called today and spoke with the customer rep and was informed that it was out of stock. So I’ve been waiting for the parts for nothing. If you guys didn’t have the item, you guys should have emailed me. Could have gotten it from a different company rather than waiting for nothing. Poor communication from your company and would not recommend your company to my friends and family! Your company is such a disappointment. You charged my account without shipping the parts. The customer rep had to email the billing department to reverse the charge. Never purchase from your company before until then. Will definitely not going to do any business with you after this experience!

I has been 1 week since I placed my order, and I have yet to see the shipping confirmation. I've reached out already via email and still no response. Still waiting for my item to ship.

The package did not include a packing slip so I had no details about the order or return instructions.

item was sold out. take it off your website so that you dont put us through the trouble of placing an order with taking payment !

You haven’t even shipped my order yet. Why would you send a survey when my item hasn’t even been shipped a week later?

I have not received my order yet. I have tried to contact customer service using the 3 different email addresses listed in various places and their customer service phone number. At this point, I prefer to cancel my order altogether. Very disappointing.

I purchased an item which I never received and I sent an email explaining that I didn't get what I have ordered.I requested that I would like to be reimbursed for what I had ordered but still haven't gotten my money back.I will never order from here again it was my first and last time.
