They are a scam, never received my merchandise. I contact them at the beginning they were answering after a while no answer no money back no item received.

Be aware, the items are NOTHING like they appear on the ads. Cheap materials and inconsistent sizing. I tried to return the products for a refund but I'm getting ignored by their customer support.

Shitty material plus the sizes differ from the usual. I bought a bigger size to have a baggy fitment, and it actually was small. Do not buy. They will not refund or exchange.

Poor quality product, different sizes for the same item in different colours. No response when requested for return/ refund. Avoid.

Terrible company. Won't take refunds and shirts don't fit to true size.

These people are scam artists, their sizing is all over the place. I ordered an extra large could barely get it over my head and when I asked for a size change they said they wouldn't and stopped responding.

I also had to get in contact with them to send my order, until I reached out it there was no movement

False advertising. This company sells cheap junk that looks nothing like the product you see on their website. Their return policy states that they don't accept refunds for sizing issues but they also don't have a size guide on the site. I ordered a t shirt and a shirt in the same size, one is oversized and the other quite tight. The material on both is cheap and the images are pixelated. As with other reviews I've had absolutely no luck with their customer "service". I'm surprised what they're doing isn't illegal.

Do not buy from this company. All the reviews I’ve read sum up my experience. No tracking or update for weeks on my order and then it suddenly arrives on my doorstep. What arrived was better off being lost in the post. Cheap material that does not reflect the images on their website. I couldn’t get a response from the company until I spam messaged them on multiple platforms only to be told no refund was possible as product details are on the website… which they are not! They have intentionally left out what material their tops are made from, in pictures it looks like an oversized cotton top but what was received was a spandex/synthetic like stretchy tee that did not fit. Please do not make the same mistake I did by purchasing from them.

The two shirts I ordered are more like a small than a medium and the after sales/customer service I have received has been awful. Do not order from this company, you will not hear back from them if you want a exchange/return

Wish I’d checked the reviews first - because they’re all terrible, and now I’m I know why. I ordered from Back Track and the item never arrived. I’ve contacted them multiple times and have been completely ignored. No genuine response, no refund, no store credit. Their customer service is shockingly bad and they’re refusing to acknowledge any responsibility. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like a total scam. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere. I’ll never order from them again.

Terrible customer service, 4 week delivery times after paying for express delivery.

I feel a bit stupid not reading these reviews. Paid extra for shipping but ended up getting it after normal shipping ETA. They said stock was from China. No one told me. Refund of shipping rejected. Website contradicted it being in stock. Poor. I got it week into season where it’s too hot wear it. And not worth the wait.

Overpriced junk. Sizing incorrect. Poor quality. Disappointing. Took over 2 weeks to arrive.

Worst buying experience. Shipping took 2 weeks and they won’t let me return a poor fitting t shirt. Wish I checked reviews. Fancy marketing but bad product and terrible customer service. Sizing was way off and they make you jump through hoops to get a refund. Do not buy from this company.

Truly dreadful business. Drop shipping poorly made and poorly fitting shirts and advertising them on Instagram. 3 shirts bought, all the same size and a huge variance in sizing given they're all made by different 3rd parties.

When you go to return they tell you they won't deal with it as it's too much faff to send back to China. Completely ignored email correspondence after this and refunded through my bank.

Bad Fabric and wrong size. No customer service. Cannot contact. They wont reply. $80 for a tshirt that was not as described. Unfair.

Ordered the negroni shirt. When it arrived, I saw the material quality was awful. You would recognise the material immediately from cheap fancy dress shirts, or something for £3 on SHEIN.

They will not refund on this basis as its not technically faulty. Interesting that they have no review feature on product pages. I wonder why.

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering, but unfortunately I didn't. Lesson learnt.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I got this as a Christmas present for someone in my family and I got the wrong size. I emailed to see if I could just exchange the size as there was nothing wrong with the shirt. This company not only seemed to not care about the customer service by not responding for several weeks. But also when they responded they were very reluctant on being helpful and simply stated their policy, which I explained I wasn’t asking for a refund but simply some understanding for an exchange. They did not even respond to my next email, even after I kept emailing. Ghosted by a company. Can now say that’s happened to me. Don’t buy from here unless you have the ability to try on sizes from the other side of a screen.

All they do is resell items you can get on SHEIN for 1/5th the price.

They are not answering my return emails. Luckily we live in the EU so through the bank you should be able to charge them back as it's within the 14 days cooling off period, they are legitimately breaking the law.

Do not order and quote the legislation when you complain.
