I had a highly disappointing experience with BackupVault. Our business was looking for a reliable backup solution, and we reached out to them to discuss their services and get a quote. Unfortunately, the entire process was a nightmare from start to finish.

From the beginning, their team was incredibly hostile. They were unhelpful and seemed annoyed by our inquiries. We were simply trying to understand the costs and discuss how their services could meet our business needs. Instead of providing clear information or even a basic price range, they outright refused to provide any details unless we signed up first. This is an absurd way to do business — expecting a company to commit without even knowing what they’re getting into.

To make matters worse, when we requested a call to discuss things further, they flat-out ignored our request. It felt as if they didn't want our business at all. This kind of rude and dismissive behavior is unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of professionalism and makes it clear that they have no interest in building positive relationships with potential customers.

I would strongly advise any business to steer clear of BackupVault. There are plenty of other companies out there that value their customers and are willing to provide the necessary information upfront without playing games. BackupVault is not worth your time or effort.

They are reliable and always speedy at answering questions and coming back to us with any advice or support needed. It was really reassuring for us that they are UK based and GDPR compliant etc.

Excellent guys at BackupVault, customer service is great. Having a UK Data Centre is critical for us, and for our compliance requirements. We've had this product for a few years now, and at multiple times a year something major happens where M365's native backup will not help us. This product has got us out of many tight situations, I can't recommend it enough.

Following a recent server outage at one of our sites, BackupVault's solution had us back up and running within the hour. Within 10 minutes, we were spinning up a VM at an alternative site, all within the Admin interface. Complex software packages and large, multi terabyte file shares were all available, with no complaints from our Team. Furthermore, support is fantastic! Couldn't recommend more.

We've been using Backupvault for many years as our offsite backups solution. We're a UK based marketing agency and having a UK based solution made the legal regulations adherance a lot simpler for us and our clients. The ease of the service and software is also excellent. Our contact, Rob, is a lovely and personable guy who is always quick to respond to queries. You can't go wrong with Backupvault!

We wanted an offsite backup service independent of our ISP/hosting company for our servers and databases at the data-centres. Backupvault is fast and very easy to use, with very good support if you need it. Overall, the service simply runs, we test the backups and everything works. I like that I can ask questions from time to time about the security or infrastructure (so I can complete an audit for a client) and I get the right amount of detail and confident we have a reliable and secure backup process.

Very happy with the service - Our old tape based back-up system needed replacing. As a small village primary school we have a very limited budget. Backup Vault were able to to provide much improved secure solution at an affordable amount - The account manager (Rob Stevenson) I dealt with was very helpful and swift to respond to our needs - Highly recommended.

It really does what it says on the tin, and the technical support is second to none.
