Bag Borrow or Steal Reviews

The quality of the bags that I have rented are beyond unbelievable

I have submitted items that they have quoted me on and they have sent them back! Everything I send is authentic and is amazing condition. It is frustrating. I like to buy from here, but the selling aspect sort of sucks. They just declined a burberry bag today and it is clearly authentic. Has serial code and everything! My last purchase of the chanel flap was based on a quote they gave me for my chanel bag. Well I paid over 3k for the bag, but they sent my bag back!!!!!! No reason!!!!!! totally real I even sent COA with it

As usual shipping was fast and efficient. Items came just as described and very high quality!

Easy process, outstanding item!! Like brand new!

My bag arrived 2 days before it was expected! And when I opened the box, the bag was more fabulous than the pictures!

I Luv all the Tory Burch bags purchased

I recently placed an order for a purse from this company and, after nearly a week without receiving any shipping confirmation, I reached out to check on the status. That was when I learned that my order had been cancelled — with absolutely no notification or explanation as to why.

What made the experience even more disappointing was the response I received when I asked for clarification. They essentially suggested that because this was my first time shopping with them, I simply wasn’t familiar with their process, while still offering no explanation for why they accepted my order and payment and then cancelled it.

This is not how you do business. If there was an issue fulfilling or shipping my order, particularly internationally to the U.S., that should have been communicated upfront. Instead, I was left with the impression that my business simply wasn’t worth the effort or cost of fulfilling the order.

Unfortunately, based on both the cancellation and the way my concerns were handled afterward, I would not recommend shopping here. A customer should not have to chase down a company just to discover that their order has been cancelled.

Fast delivery. Purse was in great condition.

Fast, easy checkout. Bags cleaned prior to shipping- top notch! Fast shipping. Good pricing.

Every time I try to sell with this company, there's ALWAYS something wrong.

I send them photos, and they offer a payout price; I ship it, and all of a sudden, they can't take it anymore. With the most recent issue being two days ago, they stated it was because they couldn't accurately authenticate the bag. The bag IS real. As for the other two times, they rejected it and didn't say why. When I asked what indicators for the most recent issue that caused them to be uncertain, there was zero response.

They like to give you a quote, waste your time, and then ship it back to you. All that time I could've just sent it somewhere else. I gave them THREE times, and I'm not going to give them another chance. I'm done with this company.

Great communication. Delivery was on time and whole process was easy.

These bags are beautiful. They are as described. They arrived quickly. I love them.

The whole process was seamless and my new bag arrived earlier than expected. It was also exactly as stated in the details. I am very pleased and will be coming back soon for another order.

Got a great deal on a bag that i can’t find it easily. Would definitely buy other stuff here

I placed an order and a week later when checking to see a status update or tracking info, my order was nowhere to be seen. I emailed them and reached out and they said it was cancelled due to a further investigation. Money is money and i wanted the key wallet that matched my purse and regular wallet???? that all. they didnt reach out or notify me when it was cancelled
