Beautiful bands, always perfect and arrive quickly.

They stay on really well, and the conductor buttons work perfectly

Initial contact had a quick response to my questions. Ordering and payment was easy, I left out a line of my address due to my stupidity, made contact via messenger, my mistake was rectified for me. very happy with my cuff and chain i had a problem with the cuff i get in touch straight away they said return the complete item and they would replace it 2 days later my replacement arrived brilliant serves would not hastate to use again thank you once again .

Bryony has been extremely helpful, explaining everything and the parts needed for successful use with my Oticon Ponto! She was more than happy to make the band to fit an adult and it is very well made, such good quality and most of all, comfortable and allows me to place the BAHA right where needed for the best sound and use. I love all the design choices and having patterned ones, suitable for adults not just childrens designs. The hardest part is choosing a colour/design!

Fantastic hat for my son. He's recently switched from hearing aids to a BAHA and he hasn't had one summer when I can feel happy he's safe in the sun with a hat on AND he can hear- but now he can!! We ordered directly from the website - the measurements were spot on, he loves it! Customer service was brilliant - checking which side we wanted to hole for his BAHA and informing us when it was dispatched. Highly recommended and we will use again for all his hats!

Super Service, antwortet bei Fragen sofort. Die Bänder (wir haben es für das Baha) sind super. Sehen soviel besser aus wie die iriginal Bänder. Das Hörgerät sitzt super auf der Aufnahme und die Bänder sitzen gut am Kopf. Unser Sohn trägt die Bänder sehr gerne!

We love the headbands Bryony makes. There are so many lovely designs to choose from, we’ve got a nice selection now so my daughter can pick which one she’d like to wear each day.
They are good quality and stay on her head so much better than the NHS bands do, and they are so much more stylish.

Absolutely love our headbands and we’ve also ordered my little boy a winter hat which had been fantastic. We had a temporary headband and I had lots of questions which were promptly answered. My little boy loves his headbands too and they’re so much more practical ( with the non slip material on the inside) Fantastic service. First class.
