The owner is so helpful I struggled to adjust the size at first and she answered my message straight away and sent helpful videos and even offered to video call me if needed all to help me.

Fantastic service, helpful and fast delivery

Received both knitted pom hat and sunhat ready for my trip to Kenya. Both are great fits around the BAHA and already worn the woolly hat.

I ordered /purchased hats online on Nov 7 and the order was processed only on Nov 22. I am still waiting for the hats and don’t know when I will receive the shipment. Hope to get the product before the end of winter.

Only let down was the delivery. seems Royal Mail are backlogged as took longer than 1st class expectations paid for.

I ordered my 7 year old a hat with an adapted hole in it so he could still wear his bone anchored hearing aid.I tried to adapt a few hats myself in the past but I just ruined them .
Bryony has don’t great job and my boy loves it. We don’t have to choose between hearing and keeping warm! Thankyou ☺️

I have been using this company for years now for my little boy. The woman who runs this company is just amazing and really pays attention to the finer details and constantly keeping in touch with her clients in order to improve her business helping out customers so they can have fashionable choices that encourage kids for instance to wear their Baha hearing aids. People might think but it’s just a headband? It’s not, to my son his headband is an ability to have his favourite characters on, defining him for more than just wearing a hearing aid and if it wasn’t for this company I doubt I’d have been able to give that for him.

His headbands have ever changed from scooby doo, Mickey Mouse to now mine craft and Star Wars!! He is maturing and so are his headbands and I can’t thank this company enough. Thankyou
