Burloak Location is the Best
I have been buying from the Burloak location for more than a decade. Their customer service is exemplary. If you are in Oakville, make sure you go to the Burloak location and ask for Vikram. He will make sure you get what you need.

On savait déjà ce que l'on voulait, j'ai vraiment apprécié que la vendeuse nous propose un autre choix mais pour le mieux ! La vendeuse était souriante et très gentille, ce que j'ai vraiment aimé c'est que l'on puisse entrer dans le magasin sans se sentir harcelé !

One Of The Worst
We bought a new shower and right from the get-go it was and still is a nightmare. Poor customer service and the quality is pathetic. It's been leaking from day one...we have put extra silicone in every possible place where water could escape and it still leaks. Stay away from Bath Depot or you'll be writing a similar review.
