Staff were very knowledgeable
Staff were very knowledgeable, very approachable. They listened to what we were looking for and made suggestions and recommendations. We found our shower kit, our toilet but unfortunately could not find exactly what we were looking for in a sink and vanity. We will keep looking! Gem of a store, better prices than the box stores!

My first time buying from Bath Depot and I was not disappointed. Excellent service, friendly staff and great prices. There were two new staff Tracy and Tony at the Sunrise Mall. They were so helpful and if they didn’t know an answer they were eager to find out. Joshua, the new Manager was excellent. I highly recommend visiting this store.

Pay to replace damaged tub
I ordered a bathtub online for home delivery. After delivery, the box looked alright but when the plumber opened it, The corner was shattered. I ordered it August 20th and still don’t have a replacement. They finally reordered the tub, but in order to do so - I had to pay for a new tub and when they receive the damaged tub they will reimburse me for the damaged tub. They were almost going to charge me to deliver the new tub. The customer service rep in the phone sounded like I bored him with my problem. Meanwhile life paid a plumber who couldn’t complete a job. Bath Depot does not care.

Well worth the drive into Ottawa
My husband and I visited the store on Campeau drive and received excellent service. Sukkar was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He walked us through our options, recommended finishing products and worked with us to ensure timely delivery. Additionally he helped us meet our budget while ensuring we purchased everything we needed. We saved close to a $1000 compared to big box quotes and we still managed to improve on our options. Well worth the drive!
