Ich habe mir mehrere Produkte von Balolo für mein Schreibtisch-Setup geholt (Monitorständer Large, Laptophalter und das große Fach für das Setup Cockpit) und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Der Monitorständer ist aus meiner Sicht das Herzstück. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, das Holz wirkt massiv und sauber verarbeitet. Gleichzeitig sorgt er für eine deutlich bessere Ergonomie, da der Monitor auf eine angenehmere Höhe kommt. Besonders praktisch ist der zusätzliche Stauraum darunter, der den Schreibtisch deutlich aufgeräumter wirken lässt.

Der Laptophalter ergänzt das Setup sinnvoll. Er ist stabil, minimalistisch gehalten und fügt sich optisch nahtlos ein. Der Laptop steht sicher und leicht erhöht, was sowohl für die Nutzung als auch für die Belüftung ein Vorteil ist.

Das große Fach ist für mich das unterschätzte Highlight. Es sorgt dafür, dass mein Arbeitslaptop, iPad und Stifte sauber verstaut werden können, ohne dass sie ständig sichtbar sind. Dadurch entsteht insgesamt ein sehr cleaner und strukturierter Arbeitsplatz.

Unterm Strich überzeugt mich vor allem das durchdachte Gesamtkonzept. Die einzelnen Komponenten greifen gut ineinander und werten den Schreibtisch nicht nur funktional, sondern auch optisch deutlich auf.

Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Wert auf Ordnung, Design und Qualität legen.

I had such a positive experience with BALOLO that I wanted to leave a review.

I already owned one large Setup Cockpit and was so happy with the quality and functionality that I decided to purchase a second one for my work desk. My first unit has been excellent, which is why I had no hesitation ordering again.

When the second Setup Cockpit arrived, I noticed the board was slightly bowed, which caused one leg not to sit flush with the desk. I contacted BALOLO customer support and they responded very quickly. They were friendly, professional, and walked me through a few troubleshooting steps to confirm whether the issue was with the leg or the board itself.

After reviewing the photos and video I sent, they promptly agreed to replace the board without any hassle. The replacement arrived quickly, was perfectly flat, and everything is now set up exactly as it should be.

What impressed me most was how they handled the situation. Issues can occasionally happen with any product, but great customer service is what sets a company apart. BALOLO stood behind their product, communicated clearly, and resolved everything promptly and professionally.

I’m now the happy owner of two Setup Cockpits—one for my music production desk and one for my workspace—and I’m genuinely impressed with both the product quality and the level of service.

I would absolutely recommend BALOLO to anyone looking to elevate their desk setup.

Very good and premium product, definitely worth the price, strongly reccomend! I got myself a monitor stand aswell as a few attachments for it and it was all very easy to install and feels very premium.

As previous reviewers have stated they have a scam running where they show free delivery to UK but don’t disclose massive import fees.

Surely it would just be easier to disclose them and protect your brand rather than trying to scam people and getting loads of 1* reviews.

On the surface their customer service were responsive but it’s been over two weeks now since I declined to accept delivery of the goods… I’ve emailed twice to tell them I’ll issue a chargeback with Amex as they’ve failed to refund me.

So I’ve issued a chargeback against them. So, not only will they have another 1* review they’ll be incurring fees from their payment processors all because they don’t disclose the ludicrously high import charges into the UK.

Complete waste of everyone’s time and money. Save yourself the hassle and don’t order.

The build quality is amazing, I had some issues with the adhesive pad due to my carelessness and they were kind enough to send me a replacement.

My new desktop cockpit is the single greatest addition to my home working setup I've ever bought. Top quality craft, packaging felt super premium and luxurious, and my desk space has gone from crowded, cheap-looking and messy to calm, clear and focused. Everyone has commented on how slick and pro it looks.

To top it off, they helped guide which setup would work for me, helped with custom and import issues I was having, and just maintained brilliant dialogue with me throughout.

I ordered the Setup Cockpit with a few accessories, and all items have a great quality. Good wood and the accessories are very well produced.

All came very well packaged, without any damage whatsoever. So Everything went smoothly.

I purchased the Cockpit setup for my desk, complete with laptop, tablet, and phone stand. I needed to purchase as a business, and the customer service was fast and punctual, as were the shipping methods. Everything was perfect! Excellent products, both quality and design. They've improved my work because now I have everything in order and can monitor everything at a glance.

Ich war zuerst etwas skeptisch wegen der hohen Preise. Habe mich dann von den vielen tollen Bildern überzeugen lassen und jetzt, wo ich meinen Desk selbst mit dem Balolo Cockpit ausgestattet habe, würde ich es nicht mehr hergeben. Es ist den Preis definitiv wert! Extrem gut verarbeitet und hochwertig. Mein Desk fühlt sich heute fast ein bisschen nach Wellness an.

From a positive perspective it is a really nicely thought through and well made product. However it is very expensive, especially once here in the UK you have to pay import tax which in my case was north of £90. Would I have ordered if I had known before I hit the pay button. Probably not. There's a wealth of similar products on the market with a more reasonable price point. Update: Further to. the initial rating comments above Balolo reached out and kindly refunded me half of the cost of importing which is a kind gesture. Therefore upgrading to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service.

I am very happy with the aesthetics and the fact that it is handmade. I am still waiting for the Desk Cockpit. But the Setup Cockpit is already shining on my current desk. It feels way more lovely to work at my desk now!

Highly recommend! I ordered the large desk shelf, laptop riser and headphone stand. The delivery was quick from Germany to the UK and everything was really nicely packaged, so I was excited as soon as I opened the box. You can really tell how good quality the pieces are. They are well made and feel substantial and were easy to put together. It's made my desk set up look so much more aesthetic! I will be buying more items.

Wish I'd read more reviews before buying. Product is nice enough (expensive) and it's not a scam - HOWEVER do not be fooled by the free UK shipping they plaster all over their website. Apparently I was meant to click on a tiny question mark somewhere on the checkout page to discover it would cost an additional £122 in import fees.

A 50% discount on these fees was offered - great, I thought, not a bad gesture. Oh no, once it's processed it's actually a 50% discount on part of the additional costs.

I really wish buying nice stuff from the internet wouldnt be easier with the assistance of a lawyer checking all the fine print as you go through but with these guys that's what I'd recommend. If you're in the UK - avoid.
