I've only been home for one full day I'm exhausted and jet lagged and not even truly settled in yet, but I had to share why I'm still relishing my Umrah with Bani Adam Tours. This was my fifth trip to Saudi Arabia the first being Hajj and three Umrahs with several Hajj /Umrah groups offering promises they could not keep. So, when I say that my experiences exceeded every one of my expectations, I'm not being pollyanna. Bani Adam Tours is the most organized Umrah group I've had the pleasure of traveling with ever.

First and foremost from the very beginning the booking experience was stress free, easy, and clear communication from the start. After my first connection online I spoke with Ayoub and I submitted my passport, my visa was processed immediately and the ticket pricing there were no hidden fees.

I wasn't excited and was a bit skeptical when Ayoub promised me "the pie in the sky" that all the other groups promised my past trips to Saudi Arabia.

Both Mecca and Medina hotels were 5 +star and close proximity to Masjid Al-Nawbi in Medina and the Haram in Mecca with extremely comfortable amenities to include banquet styled buffet breakfast and the ultimate private farewell dinner.

All our ground transportation provided was prompt, clean, and superb from my arrival from the airport to the hotel, to and from every guided tour, to departure to the airport.

Every spiritual ritual site we visited was informative and Ayoub, Muhammad, and Ahmed were always present and available. All three of them were very organized and knowledgeable.

Before we even reached Mecca Ayoub supplied the entire group with a book of Duas from the Hadith and instructed us on how to darn the ihram properly. We were taught every aspect of the steps we would take to successfully complete our Umrah.

KISS- our Umrah was made so simple after arriving in Mecca we preformed our Umrah after Isha prayer. Ayoub broke is up into groups with different group leaders we were finished just before the Fajr prayer.

This was the first time I actually became overwhelmed with emotions as I departed from the groups organizer Ayoub.

My husband and son just returned from their Umrah trip with Bani Adam Tours. The company and the guides were amazing. From the start, communication was excellent. Everything they promised they delivered on. Bani Adam went above and beyond our expectations. We can't thank them enough and will recommend them to anyone considering an Umrah trip.
When flights needed to be rebooked due to the Iran conflict, it was handled quickly and with no additional cost.
Hotels were 5 star and within short walking distance of everything. The trip itinerary was well laid out and Ayoub and the other guides were very professional and excellent at coordinating activities.

Bani Adam took care of everything including all the little details.
Explanations of every step of the Umrah process were clear and in depth. They provided everything you could need along the way. All the little extra touches made it memorable. The trip was unforgettable.
Prices were reasonable, they were available around the clock. We would not hesitate to use them again

Mashallah allahuma Barik ! 100/10 Words can’t truly describe the experience we had with Bani Adam specially being first timers for umrah .Not only they made sure everything was taken care of with comfort and convenience, the teaching and knowledge they provide in going above and beyond . Mashallah may Allah swt reward brothers Ayoub , Muhammad and sister Nourah along with the rest of the team with ultimate reward it this duniya and akhirah . I would recommend booking through them every time for everybody specially first timers for their guidance and support . The group they put together and all of us connecting throughout the journey together and choosing to keep in touch is beautiful Alhumdulillah. Feels like family mashallah . Honestly I truly feel so blessed and grateful to come across bani Adam . With pure intentions and guidance They are doing work of Sadqat jariya all for a reasonable priced package . It’s a steal indeed !

Excellent customer service, fast response and highly professional. They fully guided us through the Umrah, starting from the Umrah package to providing guidance throughout our Umrah during Ramandan. Helped us with the claim with airline for being extremely delayed (which was successful Alhamdulillah).

I used Bani Adam Tours to book an umrah trip for myself and my family, I simply told brother Ayoub the dates I require and my families requirements and he booked everything on my behalf and went the extra mile to facilitate said requirements . The service from the first point of contact up until the end of the trip was simply exceptional, the brother was readily available to respond to any queries I had and in constant contact throughout the trip to ensure everything was going as planned. The guides they provided were very informative and self explanatory, hugely beneficial if it is your first time doing umrah and without a group. The team at Bani Adam Tours even went as far as physically visiting the hotel we were staying at before we arrived to check us in ensuring we were able to go straight to our room when we arrived in Madina without having to wait in a queue at the reception. May Allah bless these brothers business abundantly and I hope I get the chance to go on one of the group tours in sha Allah.
