I give a lot of credit to the Banking Accelerator program. As someone who was working full-time, the program provided structure and hands-on guidance that other programs typically don't offer. BA offers a ton of resources that put you a step ahead of other candidates. I really benefited from the technical guides, as Ben covers key fundamentals, preparing you for curveballs that you often get in IB interviews.

This is the only program where I had the opportunity to receive one-on-one coaching from actual professionals as well as the flexibility to curate the sessions to the areas I knew I needed to develop in order to be competitive. Being from a non-target and aiming for an associate role in IB made my journey more difficult, however, Ben and the BA team were with me every step of the way.

The program was very helpful in both upscaling on the technical components, as well as navigating the networking and behaviorals. All the coaches, including the founder Ben Chon are extremely engaged and are dedicated to ensuring the students success so long as the students are willing to put in the work. The caliber of the students themselves are high class, creating an environment for anyone who is willing to work to thrive.

I joined Banking Accelerator in late December after doing most of my networking and preparing for interviews, and it ended up being exactly the final push I needed. The weekly office hours were super helpful because I could ask specific questions about recruiting, and my mentor played a huge role in sharpening my interview skills through mock interviews and personalized feedback. I've had a few people reach out and ask about the program before they had enrolled, and I always say that it's definitely better than other competing resources in my opinion. The bottom line is on par: the structure, services, etc. You can definitely get more out of this program if you are more active and ask for more — utilizing these 1on1 call with Ben, reaching out to people who landed an offer, etc. I've joined early on so I've witnessed the development of the program and I can assure Ben and the admins definitely care for improving and assisting you and your experience.
